My experience has not been the best. I requested a new lock and new keys and have payed for this to be done. I understand they are backed up which is fine. What I am not very happy with is that I have filled out 3 times for them to hold my mail so I can pick it up and I did a request online also for mail hold totaling 4 times I work the same hours as them so I use up my lunch time to go pick up my mail and I get told your mail box was fixed go ahead and continue using your key the delivery person already took it… what I have no key I have not been able to have access to my mail since February 8 and it’s now exactly a month so this is why I felt the need to leave a review specially because no one is hearing me out and no one seems bothered about it. I am expecting important documents and with this service I feel like it’s impossible… I also call the direct post office and they never answer so I eventually have drive there for them to tell me we don’t have your mail it’s being delivered. Today I asked to leave earlier from work to pick up my mail am hoping it’s there.

I had some trouble trying to locate my package I contacted corporate and quickly received a call from Nate. He informed me it hadn't arrived at his location yet. He also offered some suggestions for the next place to look. 2 days after my original call I received another phone call from Nate he made me aware it was out for delivery that day! The follow-up call was way above and beyond what I expected. Very thankful for the assistance throughout the process and attention to detail!!!

This far I have been waiting for a package from family 2000 miles away since before Halloween and I was just notified TODAY 11/28 that my packaged was supposedly delivered and then sent and held at the post office upon customer request. Noone requested this. Not me nor any of my family members requested this, and with working out of town during their business hours I haven't recieved a single call back to try to get this delivered again and actually left at my home. I WAS told though that I will need to pay a holding fee which I never requested to be held, once again and I have never recieved a single notification, email nor phone call or slip on my residence that this was being held. And it's taken an entire month to find this out.

when I first moved here it was a hassle and a half to get a REQUEST in to get keys and after I filled it out and waited a month and came back they had me do it over again saying I hadn't requested a new lock before.. I had to get a supervisor to help me who then got me keys within the next week or so. they are not kind or accommodating and talk down to people. I'm leaving this review now because they just sent me a voicemail that they changed my locks (without me requesting it) and that I can pick up my new keys ? I've had working keys and a lock for months.. and I can't reach a person for the life of me to help me understand why they switched my lock and keys again without reason.. so def not my fav group of people

This place is a joke. They told me my item would be 8$ to ship but wanted to charge me $4 to tape my box shut. I went home and taped the box and brought it right back and weigh it again but and now want $14 and said the scale must of been off. Ridiculous don't come here it's a scam

The large mailbox was broken into apparently, but no one from USPS could tell us that, they only left a yellow piece of construction paper marked in sharpy on the unit to tell us that we have to pick up our mail at the post office, and nobody at said post office knows when the unit will be fixed. Unprofessional and the clerk was rude when I asked if there was any estimation to the unit being repaired.

I've filled out 3 green slips since I moved to salem a month ago, did a change of address a week ago and am still getting vacancy slips in my mail box. At this point I don't know if the mail carrier is throwing them away or just replacing them with new slips. If I could get my mail any other way I absolutely would at this point.

I had difficulties with a package and tried several times to get in touch with a local branch with no luck. I wrote a email when selecting "contact us" and had a quick response from Branden who attempted to call me. He left me a very informative VM and when calling back he was quick to answer any questions and was accurate when assuring me an ETA on my package. Branden was professional and patient with me and answered all my concerns. Thank you Branden for your tremendous customer service!

Needed to ship a box with a prepaid shipping label containing electronics. They of course, are powered by included lithium rechargeable batteries. The lady at the counter didn't even know what to do with a package containing a battery. I asked for a hazardous materials label. To my surprise the legit post office did not even have a hazardous material labels to tape on the box. I ended up taking it to Mail Depot, they had a hazmat label and were able to ship it.

After discovering that my change of address was going to leave half my mail going to the new address and half going to the old address. Jim vs James I tried to also change James online. I was then charged for the second time $1.10 to verify who I was and then told I had to go to the post office to show i.d. and have them scan a barcode they sent me. SO MUCH FOR DOING IT ONLINE. When I got there and was pulling out my phone and i.d. (about 5 seconds) the lady ruddly told me to hurry up then when I tried to explain what happened she was not interested in hearing it and scanned my phone and looked at my i.d. then returned my i.d. followed by asking me my Last name and address (why did I give her my i.d.?) In my opinion this woman was very unprofessional and really shouldn't be working as a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.

The U.S. Post Office Is A HORRIBLE Department To Deal With. Our Mail Carriers Jam So Many Pieces Of Mail Into Our Mailbox, It Is So Hard To Pull Out Our Mail. We Went To Our Local U.S. Post Office To Talk With A Supervisor. We Even Brought Him Back To Look @ The Mailbox. We Have A Long & Narrow Box. It Is Just One Of About (15). The Supervisor Opened Up Their Side So We Could Get Our Mail. I Noticed That Their Side Was An Open Rectangle. On Our End There Is A Lip Up Top. That Is Why We Cannot Get Our Mail When Everything Has Been Jammed In. We Talked To That Supervisor, AGAIN! He Turned Out To Be A Waste Of Time. It Wouldn't Stop.

After 4 years of my dog being behind a locked fence and a locked door, postman suddenly dramatically "afraid" my dog would break the window and attack. The same window that has held up to dogs since 2008. Just stopped delivering my mail.If a postal person is too afraid of dogs behind locked doors, that person needs a driving route, not a walking one.
