My package was supposed to be delivered on Monday. I had got email of a delivery window. The location is under improvement internally for the new business to open and I made sure my contractors on the site are aware of the delivery. But it seems the delivery driver did not make an attempt to deliver but just drove by leaving a note in their system saying "receiver moved" (nothing on the door because they did not even go to the door). Then I called the 800 number and they had the local customer center contact me. After much explaining and telling that someone was there and will be there on a next day attempt they said okay Tuesday will be second attempt. But I saw no updates on Tuesday. In fact the same system note of receiver moved was added to tracking at 10:49 PM in the night. Frustrated I called the 800 number again and they said it is in hold for pick up - so may be the customer center or their driver had no intentions to try next day but that wasn't made clear to me. I ended up going to pick up the item myself. I have more deliveries coming but may need to tell the sender to avoid UPS if possible because those are heavier equipment and I do not want to damage them, my car or my back because of the incompetence of the UPS driver.

My package (sent from Florida, via Washington) arrived in town 2 days ago @ 7:19am. Then they sent it to Oklahoma and is now in limbo. The distribution center in Salem OR has serious problems. I've had packages completely disappear after arriving here. I even went their and they had no record of the package, even though the information online said it was here.

UPS is horrible. just horrible. I overnighted package and they delivered to WRONG ADDRESS.Nobody can help. there is no local suppportUPS is terrible company

Very grateful for this UPS center! My important package was delayed due to weather— they did a fantastic job retrieving my package and safely holding it at the center for me to pick up before my flight out of town! Kind representative and speedy service. 5/5 stars!

Do not apply here.Worst hire team you can imagine.For starters, a group of us showed up for orientation on 11/13 only to be told it was canceled.They told everyone "we're aiming for Wednesday" Wednesday came and went and i heard nothing that week.I called the following week, a man told me he was aiming for the week after Thanksgiving.Come 11/28 i call again to be answered by AMBER. I asked for anyone on the hiring team and she responded "what do u need"I asked her when work would start she said "go meet a driver RIGHT NOW" And i said no. Due to childcare and no prior notice to a starting shift.. she then proceeded to tell me things as if i already knew the process. She probably forgot wè never had orientation..Anyways it was a nightmare of waiting and absolutely no communication or professionalism. Skip this place and take your skills elsewhere. Amber, learn how to be a better person in general.G.C.

Because there's roof work being done on our building and the parking lot is full of trucks and flatbeds of materials, the driver assumed the building reception is closed, didn't even stop to ring the doorbell.. he didn't try to deliver my package,he just said "they arel closed,

I live in Colonial Apartments. I have the same ups driver. It is 5 miles an hour in our parking lot. He does 25 or 30 miles an hour. We are also on a big Hill. I watch him recklessly drive through our parking lot at least 3 times a week. I took a short video of him today and he waved as if nothing was wrong removing one hand from the steering will as he was recklessly driving. I did notify the police but I want UPS to be notified in all forms as well. The 18 100 number and website make it extremely difficult to place a complaint on a specific driver I have pictures of the truck number driver and all necessary inform Asian I really hope this does not continue.

Nice staff here. They are open for pre labeled drop off almost any time. And this customer center is very conveniently located by the Oregon state surplus warehouse and Kroc center. Lots of parking available too.

I'm having arguments with a manager over where to leave a package and their driver not bothering to check to see if I was home. I was home.If I, the customer and recipient, state the packages are okay to be left at my front door and I've never complained about it, then continue to leave it at my door and I'll continue to not complain.This management team is also too cowardice and unprofessional to let me know their name(s), but they are quick to tell me to call UPS to schedule pickups. Excuse me? Pretty sure I paid money to have my packages delivered to my front door. UPS has access to my front door, to the building, require no signature, and have my permission to leave packages there. So leave my packages there at my front door.I'm arguing with someone in email over delivering my packages in a place that is locked and secure from the outside other than 2 other tenants that I know, trust, and I have no issues with it, and my privacy is my choice, so if I say to leave the package at my door, it is my right to be okay with it. Basically, my signature relieving UPS not liable since I am telling UPS to leave my packages.Don't know who serves zip code 97301, but life is only as difficult as you make it. Up until this point, UPS has been okay, so keep being okay. Go to my home, drop off my package, and move on. Let's not argue over with a customer over over an easily resolvable issue, or get rude telling me to come pickup my packages when obviously I paid for my packages to be delivered to my door and they don't require signatures.Why complicate what is not complicated? Leave my packages at my front door. That simple.
