The staff at this store is incredibly helpful! I had four large packages I needed shipped internationally and the info I'd been sent to ship them was extremely confusing. I walked into this UPS store with a bundle of paper and four fifty-pound boxes and both staff working stopped everything to help me. They were incredibly patient and explained things multiple times until I understood what I needed, and they made what could have been a nightmare experience go so smoothly! I worked with Vanessa and one other employee I didn't catch the name of, and they were INCREDIBLY helpful. I will definitely ship with this location again!

I went on a Saturday to return a couple items, there was a wait out the door, so I was expecting the worst. Got in line, got inside, and was out again in less than 10 minutes. They were great and friendly. Thanks guys?

They are an Amazon drop off or returns. One of my Amazon returns required a box, which I was unaware of. They informed me and they’re very polite. They did sell me a box for $17 they told me That’s the price boxes cost. That was a lie. I found the box at Walmart for $2.99. They ripped me off stay away horrible people.

Be sure you call to make an appointment prior to requiring a notary, things have changed; regardless of if you've been going their for the last several years without one. The UPS Store should learn to respect their loyal customer's or they should and will go elsewhere.

Very rude person at counter and place is dirty, clutter everywhere and the carpet doesn't look like it's ever been vacuumed almost literally. Really gross in there.

My favorite staffs Morgan who know sign language she communication with me better. Other gentleman he aware I deaf.. He super friendly every time i go there he waving and Thank you. That made my day!!!
