Ive never heard of anyone having a good experience with UPS... I've asked a lot of people. This company is a waste of infrastructure I'm upset when any company decides to use them to ship their product because it just means I probably won't get it.

Horrible location messy and fire marshall would flip a lid in there. Also the center manager for Salem doesn’t provide drivers with adequate restroom breaks and makes drivers make and female go to the restroom in bottles. Stop using ups unless you want piss on your package

We use this location quite a bit. Today was a different experience. My husband went in to drop off a package that had a shipping label already on it. The young girl at the counter did not even make eye contact with him or really even speak to him at all. Said “this package is already good to go.” And tossed it on the ground behind her. Not our usual experience here but I thought it would be worth reviewing incase anyone cares about the treatment of their goods to ship. Maybe this girl was having a bad day but horrible customer service.

The people in this store are ALWAYS friendly and customer oriented. When it's busy, they aren't so concerned with the packages as they are the customers' needs and time.
