Super quick trip, I was in then out in under 5 minutes. The guy at the counter was super friendly and swift with his service! While a little out of the way from the 5 it was worth the trip as this location is conveniently near grocery store like trader joes and has plenty of options for a nice lunch also in the vicinity

Most likely will not be coming back. The woman that helped me looked miserable the moment I walked in. She was very short with me and quite frankly was so rude when she responded to a question I had to bite my tongue to not tell her so. I get customer service sucks but being rude to a perfectly respectful person is not ok.

I went in here to get a document notarized. There's a young millennial woman there that took the document from me, thumbing through it like she wanted to know my business. She gets to the last page of the document and says, "where do I notarize this?". There were three places to notarize, one for individual, one for a corporation, and one for an LLC. I told her one place there. Then she proceeds to explain to me what a notary is, adopting a condescending tone. I called her on her behavior and she says that she's going to get someone else to help me. I replied, "Good call." Another employee came out and he was helpful and asked all the right questions. While I was there, I witnessed her interacting with a man that brought in an oversized box that he wanted shipped. She explained to him, quite abruptly, that the label that was on the box they can't scan because they're only a UPS store and don't have access to the UPS account system at the UPS depot in town. She could have explained it in a more digestable way. I was leaving the same time as this man was, hauling this oversized box (I held the door for him) and he made a comment to me how rude she was to him. So, it wasn't just me. She has dark hair and blue eyes. She looks like she hates her life and is taking it out on the customers. This woman is rude and shouldn't be dealing with the public.

Very easy to use , the lady who waited on me was perfect. I was returning 2 items to Amazon. This location is perfect because it's right by Trader Joe's!

Very long wait times. Always understaffed and people working are rude and not customer friendly. Would not recommend.

While the store was packed with people in the Christmas rush, including two babies clearly not old enough to be vaccinated, the store did nothing to enforce the mask mandate when two selfish patrons valued their "freedoms" over babies' lives. We won't be back.

The customer service was terrible! The employee seemed irritated that I was wanting to return some items to Amazon. Ended up not returning my items through this store. Will go elsewhere.

Poor service attitudes experienced today. I previously used this location often but more recently use the store further north so I was shocked and disappointed today. What bothered me was the snide "thank you for coming in " remark made by one male worker as an unsatisfied man departed then I witnessed a rude female worker with another client. By the time she, Liza, was helping me she was so focused on talking with her coworker about the last client that I was about to leave. She was not engaged in what she was doing for me nor listening and seemed put out when I told her " I do not need a box" She'd gone on an unnecessary search which had she been focused on her task with me she would have avoided. I will not be taking my business there again.

Julia was amazing! Not only was she friendly and understanding but, she helped me with the a new process I had not done before and was super quick about it! Made me feel like I was a "regular" with her attitude but, still professional. Place is wonderfully laid out during this pandemic allowing plenty of room between customers. I was able to feel like a "regular" without feeling my safety was or could have been compromised. Definitely recommend!

Wish the person shipping my urgent letter would have said it was not being shipped by UPS. They shipped it USPS mail which at this time is experiencing extreme delays to the point of weeks. If I knew that I would have shipped by FedEx. The person made it sound like it was being shipped by UPS and made sure I had a tracking number. Maybe some better communication with customers that come in to make sure they know who is really shipping their package letters. Just super irritated ! Not sure if I will ever send anything through this store again.

I've patronized this store for 18 years, but sporadically, and unaware of ownership changes. For a long time service seemed acceptable, although the xerox machines were so complex, as a casual user I wasted a lot of time figuring out how they worked, and the staff were too busy to coach. My last visit, I needed an IMPORTANT tax paper faxed, but the corpulent middle-aged counterman was acting like a real jerk. I couldn't get him to even look at me. He didn't give me a confirmation of transmission (it didn't go through) nor a receipt for my payment. I'm pretty flexible about giving new hires, for example, some slack, but he crossed a line. I'm not returning to this store.
