I bought a truck from Rolando at Universal and these guys r great he was very professional and got me into what I always wanted in a timely Manor. I have bought many vehicles from different lots and this was by far the best experience and price lot I have ever been to. We worked with Jorge a few weeks ago. We had been shopping around for months. I saw a Mazda mazda5 in one of the Universal lots while shopping around online. When we decided it wasn't for us, Jorge had a few other ideas for us until we came to the conclusion that we just needed to get the minivan. He was to the point, honest, and stayed focused with us about our wants and needs. We went to three lots and compared vehicles. We traded in our SUV for an awesome Dodge Grand Caravan. Jorge was so understanding of our rambunctious toddler and considerate of us needing snacks or a break. It was a great shopping experience, and I felt solid about what we were getting. Jorge was very relaxed and relatable. I really appreciated his time, knowledge, and patience. We would not only work with Jorge again but the inventory at the lots were varied, clean, seemed reliable and fair priced. I would go to Universal Auto Sales again.

Bought a truck here had a great experience with the staff and got a great deal on the truck. When they figured out they couldn't get me financing they refused to give back $500 of my down payment saying I put Miles on the truck so they kept that money.I purchased a truck, I had no intent on renting one. I feel like it was NOT my fault financing wasn't secured and I should have been refunded my entire down payment.
