Horrible extortionists . They came in the middle of the night and took my car...IT WAS IN MY PARKING SPOT! They took it with no notice, no warning, the property manager didn't even know what was going on. ... they charged me to get my car that they towed from MY SPOT labeled for MY APARTMENT that I PAY FOR!.....give some warning.... well they probably won't since it was literally just to victimize people with their lowlife predatory tactics and get some easy money for their next fix why else would they come at 2 am? i should have reported it stolen .. why else would you be so shady..... I'll be filing a complaint. Probably won't do much but I think the law should be aware of this shady bunch of hoodlums

This company is out there to Rip you off. My wife is a caregiver and works m-f days at her clients house. They came by yesterday 8/21/23 and towed for cars out of the complex in Dallas, and took hers to an impound lot less than two miles away. said the car was parked over the line?? We were told if we picked it up by 5 pm. "It was 4:55 when we found out what had happened " it would be $417.00 to get it out of impound. We had to wait another day to dispute with Management and avoid an after hours charge. It went up to $534 today 8/22/23. Went down to get it and nobody was there. Called the TRS# and the same Lady that I had talked to on 3 separate phone calls says "We only meet there if you schedule an appointment. First off My Wife called and no answer, then I called also no answer. I called from my work number and they answered. Trying to avoid us I believe as the same thing happened when my Wife used her friends phone, they magically answered. Same person every time. Never told us we needed an appointment. Rip Off business they have. The car was not illegally parked. She parks there in the same spot daily during the work week. They are Vultures. And Rip offs. Hope you never have to deal with them. Well on to the BBB next

I think this company is not doing good business and probably is evading taxes because two days ago they took my brother's car, he didn't have money to get the car out. And for one day they charged him around 500. I wanted to pay by card and the guy who attended us didn't want to, only cash, that's robbery. I hope someone can do something about it. TRS TOWING IN SALEM. I just watched a truck be towed from some apartments and it was not hooked up properly and there were no lights on the towed vehicle, they basically stole it because they did not follow safety precautions and we as a people allow these pirates to get away with it i did get a vidobof it amd plan to give it to the owner of the towed vehicle

Bad unfair service, I do not recommend them. This towing company is associated with the apartments where several of my relatives live. They took my brother-in-law's car because his parking permit was "incorrectly displayed " not that he did not have it, just because it was incorrectly displayed. and after seeing that he had permit and verifying that he lives there anyway they charged him $478 this is an abuse and it is unfair. and to top it off they only accept cash.
