I don't know if they're told to watch everyone like a hawk but it's hard to relax when staff is hovering you like you're a thief. It's not subtle at all and I don't appreciate it. Makes me worried I'm being profiled

This is a very cute boutique. They have both used and new clothes. The girl’s section is most of the story, but there are boys clothes in a room tucked towards the back! There’s also a baby corner I never noticed before but is very cute. There’s a ton of great gifts and candles. I love to browse in here and occasionally indulge in a gift for myself.

It's so fun coming in and seeing what new inventory Top Drawer has! Lots and lots of variety, really something for everyone! So many treasures all throughout the shop, I could spend hours in here. The owner is also very sweet and really committed to her shop. Worth putting on your downtown list for sure!!

I’ve been to this store a handful of times and I’ve honestly felt it was time to write a review. I never ever get acknowledge. Never do I get asked how I am doing or how can I be helped. A lot of young girls are standing around but aren’t eager to help style. So with constructive feedback their needs to be training on how to better serve retail costumers. We want to shop local but aren’t treated as we exist.

I have been here twice I was on vacation every time. This is a super cute shop they sell new things and some used but all supper cute. They have a lot of things that can also be unique gifts. I find that a lot of the new clothes is a bit pricey. I have purchased things here that I just fell in love with. Overall definitely worth checking it out.

I'm finally getting out and finding shops in Salem now that things are feeling a little more bearable. The windows in this shop are always decorated so cute, I had to see more. This boutique / resale store offers things for the entire family. There's a nicely curated resale section with a very affordable price point on stylish name brands for both men and women. They also have the most adorable baby section! I can't wait to come back and buy a gift for the next shower. The boutique section is bright and springy, popping with yellows, lilacs, pinks and baby blues. Opposite of that are your staples; whites, blacks, browns, and grays in similar styles. There are stickers, accessories, and (grooming) products woven throughout the store. You'll be challenged to leave empty handed. I didn't!

Everything I’ve bought at this store I absolutely love! I found some cute designer inspired earrings and the comfiest oversized shirt. I could probably spend hours in this store looking through everything. The last time I was in the employees were very friendly and made sure I was finding everything ok. Prices are very normal for a small business which I love supporting small businesses! the quality of items are pretty great there too! The window displays are what usually draw my attention, they always have the cutest outfits on the mannequins !
