I used to go to this place as a kid and teen at the Lancaster mall. I brought my daughters in today and was happy to see the owners are still doing well. Always friendly and helpful

I came in and checked this place out one day, I was only in there for a minute and have been planning my trip back. They had a HUGE selection of coins and cards. I like the mix!Kind of difficult to find right now due to construction. I’d definitely give them a call for directions if you can’t find it. Worth it!

I took 3 tubs of coins into the store. Ron spent hours going over every coin I had. This guy is awesome. I feel like I got a good value for my collection and had a great conversation. Ron was very fair and seemed to be 100% honest in his dealings. I would send anyone here that wants to be treated fairly. Thank you so much!!

Ron and Marcy go out of their way to help you! Very knowledgeable,pleasant to work with, and very friendly. Ron is direct in his field of coins, and fair above reproach.! Oh, my goodness. Marcy and Ron are the best. We are new to coin collecting. Marcy let us take our time while answering our questions. We brought in a bunch of change that we thought was worth face value. Ron looked them over and paid us way over face value. Marcy patiently took the time to explain the different number of feathers on the eagle of a few Morgan silver dollars we picked out. We have purchased coins at other places in town but after seeing the prices and quality of coins that Marcy and Ron have, we know we were overcharged at those other places. These guys are professional and have the lowest premiums on any place in Salem. I have been very happy with them and will be back. They are even patient with my young kids and entertain their interest in looking at coins.

Mr Tipton is an amazing man he and his wife came in to visit my card shop and we're a delight to talk with. He has a huge selections of cards coins and other treasures when in Salem Oregon stop by Tipton's for a luxurious experience.

Let me first say I have little experience in dealing with coins and bullion. The staff at Tipton’s were very kind and knowledgeable. Their pricing was very good for the items I needed. Two pieces of advice I will offer;At this time there is no access to Liberty Plaza on the first floor. In order to get to the store, you will need to take the elevator/ steps on the closed JC Penny side of the street up to the second floor, cross the bridge over the street, over the restaurant, into Liberty Plaza. Once inside LP, stay left and after walking several feet, you will see their store on the left. It’s a nice store with a lot of inventory.Secondly, if you have not purchased bullion before, cash is required, they do not accept debit or credit for these transactions.
