I rarely have ever seen an independent depot for mail/notary and other services. Ms. Linda took care of everything we needed in a flash, for a lower rate than other businesses I had spoken to! I would choose this spot over others and as a newcomer to Salem, I can say this will likely be a frequent stop for me!

extremely rude I'm over the road truck driver and I need to use the live scan I explained it to the guy working the front if he can make an exception in my case since I'm out of state and I really needed to use the live scan and he was extremely rude and turned me away, pretty much indifferent...

This place was very slow and the woman who did my prints was rude. The whole place smelled like cat urine. There was a very pregnant cat roaming around. Felt bad for cat.

I've used this service in the past and was always happy with the service. This morning I was shipping a wallet to my kid and the man at the counter provided the feed ex envelope and wanted to put the wallet in himself which was odd but I said nothing. The times he told me I was done and could leave even after I told him is like to deal the envelope before I left. Finally he did.I felt unconfirmed with how he treated that situation as I felt he was acting sketchy and not trustworthy.I think I will rethink using this service as I shouldn't have to worry about the clerk going through personal items being shipped.

I’ve been in 2 times because it’s close to my house and much less busy than the ups store but both experiences have been unpleasant. Poor customer service. Just an aurora of discomfort the moment you walk in the door and no one greets you. God forbid you ask for a receipt. I try to keep it small business but I will not be back.

Very friendly & welcoming! We had to bring in our two kids & baby nephew to get fingerprints done for Foster care. It being a small place we felt had for being such a large group in their business but the lady was so kind & patient with our family.I would recommend this place to anyone needing fingerprints done!
