Just purchased glass from here. The employee handled the glass himself and packaged it up for us, in bubble wrap and a bag. Upon returning home less than half an hour later we noticed the stem was stuck and there was a large chip and glass fragments preventing the stem from dislodging. We immediately called to report that we were sold broken merchandise, which probably went unnoticed at time of purchase because the employee never removed the parts or inspected the merchandise before selling to us. We are being told no returns or exchanges, although "this has happened at least 10 times now" to their customers, recently. Go somewhere else, or check the merchandise yourself before trusting them with your money. Remove all the parts and pieces and look closely.

My girlfriend and I came in tonight and Naltur Walter (I’m so sorry if I spelt it wrong) was so awesome. We chatted about glass and different smoke tools and he helped us get everything we needed with a smile on his face! Super friendly and kind, we loved him! Hope to see him next time we come back!!!

I bought there $30 synthetic urine and specifically asked if this would pass me and she assured me that they were up to date and haven't had a complaint.......well, that's only because no one has taken the time to do this but I definitely do. Yea, I received a call back saying the test was no conclusive but if I called the employer I may be able to retake the test. Wow! I'm just trying out new things so I can let people know what the product is like and this wasn't the route to take.
