Amazing and compassionate staff, super quick and friendly service. I got better, more thorough care here than the ER visit I had 3 weeks ago for the same issue. I actually got some answers and appropriate medications/stretches to do to help me recover, unlike the ER - (they just doped me up and sent me home without even touching me.) Online booking is super easy and they always have appointments available. Very affordable as well and they offer medication dispensing at their facility for certain meds, if you can't go to a pharmacy. Thank you so much!

Rude and uncaring. Front desk is not capable of entering insurance information provided and thinks he knows it all. Was completely dismissive to my very ill husband, refused to call our insurance to verify information and he just insisted he “knew it wasn’t going to work because it didn’t start with 9” when entering the insurance number we were provided by the insurance over the phone while there in the office right in front of him. Guess what, the insurance is valid, he was incorrect in assuming he knows how their numbers always start (can’t tell the difference between issuer and group ID numbers apparently, huh isn’t that your job?). Couldn’t be bothered to carefully enter the correct number and we had to cancel the appointment due to his total incompetence. Read the other one star reviews to see their true colors here. It’s turn and burn medical service, if you have anything wrong they can’t put a bandaid on to fix you’re better off going elsewhere. Never ever again will we be back.

2 stars for wonderful communication. 3 stars less because I have never, not once, had an urgent care turn me away for the symptoms I am experiencing. Getting any kind of medical treatment in Oregon is so difficult.

I was not pleased with much of my visit today. Front desk was not very cordial with another JenX having to be "right" about everything. Also SwiftCare will only see you about "one" concern....and I mean there was not flexibility even then the 2 issues might be related. Hands on time was minimal with no physical contact at all. As it turns out more time was spent discussing what they were unwilling to do.

I was able to make an appointment online for the same day . The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they took good care of me. I would definitely recommend Swift Care.
