I was employed here some time ago back when times were rough, and I was originally using the unemployment benefits before this. I thought everything was going to be alright and it was a turning point in my life, however unfortunately because of the most ridiculous claims to have me removed (I was given no warnings, and was given a false vale of hope). And because I barely made more than what my unemployment was giving me, my claim was on hold, and has been on hold for several months after. I was lucky enough to have support during these times but, if you want to risk working here only to get fired within a few weeks, then this is your place!

Workers beware of steelhead fabrication it is a great place to work if you want to deal with unorganized management,dangerous outdated forklifts that are not properly maintained, smoking inside the shop and the bathrooms,and low wages with no pay increase structure for pay raise. I work there for almost three month and in the time I had there a I-beam was drop on my hand by another employee that ended up being a workers comp claim and almost being ran over by the shop manager 3x with hearing aids that he took out when he drove the forklift or when every he didn't want to deal with a shop issue. If you have another job opportunity someone else I would strongly advise you to take that position over steal head.

Always great, upbeat people to work with. The drafting team is always willing and able to work out custom designs and make them possible to fabricate. The sales team/project managers always keep the customer as #1 priority and they're a blast, just talk to Damon and see what I'm saying he's great

Ordered me for pick up and load 7000lb, went on scales and the load was 12300lb and they were aware that their scales were broken but didn't told me. Overloaded my new trailer by 2300lb. HAVENT PAID ME. NOT HONEST PPL.
