Bad customer service from my experience. The selection of tools is so so, mostly home owner equipment. I don't appreciate their employees arguing with me about the fact that they gave me the wrong gauge chain for my saw. In addition, they dropped my new chain on the counter in a disrespectful manner. I'll take my business elsewhere in the future.

I have purchased all my equipment from this operation. I have also purchased many gifts for others here. Needless to say, I have spent many, many thousands of dollars here. I was in the middle of a project and my pole saw stopped working. I had employees on the clock for a project and really needed a working saw as soon as possible. I had my worker bring it in and they said it would be several weeks out for a repair and did not seem to empathize with my need for a quick fix if possible. They did not diagnose the problem. My worker stopped at another Stihl repair shop and they fixed it in less than 5 min. It was a very simple fix. These folks are good at the sale and, in my opinion, not as good on the repair side. They were not interested in taking a few minutes for a very loyal customer. I will take my business elsewhere. The owner seems very attentive in defending their position regarding negative reviews here but not so attentive with a 5 min fix from a loyal customer. This is a bad exchange in my estimation. Their business model is not right for me and I will move my business. They will retort here and they will have reasons for their position. There is a theme to the responses. It is always the customers fault.
