I've been bringing my boys here for 3 years now. One of them is wiggly and the other is very particular about his hair cuts. They both love Francis but have had a few other stylists do awesome jobs on their hair too! We've always had the best hair cut experiences at this Sport Clips. Very reasonably priced as well. 10/10 recommend

Almost every time I've been here, it's been poor quality. I know it's hit or miss with cutting, however I expect quality and price.
9 times out of ten.... not so much.... not happy, don't let the fluff reviews fool you.

Brittany is great! She cuts my hair just right and the way I like it. Brittany also trimmed my beard, eyebrows and cleaned my neck up. Very friendly and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I appreciate this place for offering a free haircut to veterans on Veterans Day. I've been back twice since. All three times they missed noticeable amounts of longer hair around my ears and back of my neck. The first time I went back and they were happy to fix it. The second and third time I didn't notice for a while and felt awkward going back after (nearly) a week. That being said I don't want to have to go back every time. I'm a post-military guy. I get it close on the sides and a bit off the top. Not complicated. I love the lil massage and hot towel but I won't be back. It is inexpensive even with the towel and massage though (okay it's not a massage, it's a wash. But they massage the shampoo into your hair rubbing your scalp...).

This place is one of the best places I have received a haircut in Salem. It is very convienant to download the mobile app and use it to check in. Yoi can also select your stylist and get text reminders when your next in line to head to the store. You can watch sports while getting haircut and the price is decent. I would highly recommend giving them a try.

I was up visiting my daughter who was recently diagnosed with Stage 3 breast Cancer, she had started her Chemotherapy treatments and her hair was falling out. She had told me how painful it was when her hair started falling out, I didn't understand this until I went to her Dr's appointments. My daughter had beautiful Long Blonde hair and I was hesitant to cut it until learning about it. She asked me to shave her head for her but I was afraid of cutting or hurting her. My son-in-law and I went to Sport Clips in Salem and spoke with Carol. Carol was spectacular, Caring, understanding and sympathetic to our requests. I highly recommend Carol and this shop, all the staff there knew what was happening and we were treated very professionally. The compassion was very heartfelt by all.. Thank You all for your support and professionalism.

Being an almost bald guy who wants a nice tight clean haircut it's hard to find a stylist to take cutting my hair serious. Rebecca helped me tonight and she was awesome!!!
