It's truly unfortunate that this is the only legit self-serve car wash in Salem. Twice I've been aggressively accused of using drugs in my truck while just sitting, absorbing a couple more minutes of my air-conditioning. Most recently the guy working went as far as to threaten me, saying the sheriff was "on his way" … **H-OH KAY buddy! You’re missing Jerry Springer reruns you better get home!**
As far as the car wash itself. Everything works. Good water pressure, but they have no competition so it's overpriced and micromanaged. I think I paid $5 for FOUR(4) minutes.
So yeah, go to the one in Keizer.

Self Serve car wash. Gets a little crowded at times but I have never had to wait to use the vacuums or any of the car wash stalls. The coin machines sell tokens only so I’m always stuck with quite a few tokens when I leave leftover.

It is an excellent washing service although I have had to change the vacuum cleaner because I find them clogged but personally it is a good space to leave the car shiny and in my humble opinion they should hire people to clean and detail the car?☝️

They charge too much for the car wash and the vacuums. You can barely get your car done before the time runs out and you have to be quick about it. I think 2:50 for 2 minutes of vacuuming is ridiculous also. If I can I wait until I go to Albany and use the car wash down there because it's more cost-efficient.

Several times I went here the high pressure soap does not work. Waste of money. The 1 of 5 times it did work were nice but frustrating when it does suds up properly.

Most car pressure wash by hand places have substandard equipment, not this place! The water pressure was fabulous with heated water, which was worth the extra money. ?

The manager of this place runs back-and-forth between the Kaiser location and goes way above and beyond out of his way to take good care of his customers and guard the property like A junkyard dog. He is very kind and accommodating. Until someone tries to steal or destroy. And then you better run because he'll come after you. Overall, a trust worthy employee for the owner And customer service to boot. I appreciate this business.

Personally the best self serve car wash. Vacuum and open 24 7. Great way to get away for a quick minute.
