What threw me off was mandatory delivery which is additional $250 which is nowhere stated before driving 30 minutes each way to just check out the beds. I ended up going to mattress world in Albany and they helped me out purchase a purple bed

if I could , I would give this company a ZERO, was pretty much torn that I would have to pay my total in cash or finance for the full amount. So we went with financing. My mattress was $900, they set up the payment dates never once did I miss a payment, they ended up pulling $1987.66 from my account!!!! They set people up to get ripped off. I suggest if you don't have extra money to throw in the garbage do not buy from this place it is a scheme to rip you off and top it off. The mattress is not even good. It sucks!!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Sleep Number Store, and I must say, the customer service I received was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smile and a genuine willingness to assist.Ali at the Sleep Number Store promptly attended to my needs, ensuring that all my questions were answered and concerns addressed. His knowledge and expertise were highly impressive. I came in to order a replacement remote, which he patiently and courteously ordering for me. As I looked around I asked questions about the display of pillows. Ali guided me through the wide range of sleep pillows options, allowed me to sample the displays before I purchased the one that suited me. He also, explained the features and benefits of each product with detail and clarity.In addition, I was so impressed with Ali's recommendation of my particular pillow because I had such a good sleep, that I decided to return to the Sleep Number Store the following week. I purchased an additional pillow to take with me on my business trips when I stay in hotels. Ali's expertise and guidance were invaluable in helping me find the perfect pillow for my need.What truly set this experience apart was his friendliness and professionalism. He made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer throughout my visit. The courteous and patient approach made me feel at ease, and I never felt rushed or pressured into making a purchase. His genuine interest in understanding my specific sleep needs was evident, and he took the time to personalize his recommendations accordingly.Overall, my experience at the Sleep Number Store was nothing short of excellent. Do not buy this bed if you have a bad back. You will not be able to sleep in this bed.. You'll find out to late before the warranty runs out..

Horrible Experience. Would wake up with a sore back and neck no matter what number I used. Wasn't told from the get go that you had to have 2.4ghz internet or their smart bed wont work. After sleeping on the bed and trying to use responsive air and would wake up sleeping on the box spring. Called customer service to return it within the hundred days and im being charged for them to come pick up their trash mattress. Save yourself some money and time and go somewhere else.

We just had an amazing experience at Sleep Number on Commercial Street in Salem, Oregon. The sales person, Ali, was very helpful and professional in his expertise. He was very thorough in relaying the difference between each bed model and helped us try out different models to see which worked best for us and our needs. We have yet to receive the bed but we feel confident that it's going to work for both my husband and myself. I will edit this review later when receive and sleep on the bed.

Took 2 months to get the bed, but the wait was worth it. My wife and I sleep better then we have in years. The sales rep was great.

I never had any back issues until I started sleeping in our new sleep number bed. Within just a few days of owning the bed my back stated hurting. We tried to return the bed but was told I can only return the bed itself and not the adjustable frame which was the most expensive part of the bed. This bed is very costly $7,000. We now have owned this bed for 3 years and my back has gotten worse. I have tried all the settings, even tried adding a top foam mattress but nothing works. It is the most uncomfortable bed !

my friend and co worker ordered a bed here and they left her bed on the dock! all the rearranging her home and spending back breaking time to clear the room and it wont arrive until the following day now! This is unacceptable customer service and they should go out of their way to bring it tonight. My update... friends are happy with their bed although the Hassel

Dealt with terrific sales staff. Knowledgeable and great personality!We bought elsewhere (took us 3 weeks to look around and decide) because they were unable to provide the remotes for us..had no idea when they could.Did not want to download an app for our phones.
