I've been going to silver Auto sales for a little over 5 years now and the service is always been excellent, friendly, and quick. The people there are super nice and very helpful. I highly recommend silver Auto sales to anyone. Absolutely outstanding.

I think they must pay to remove reviews. Please stay away from this place! They acted like getting a car checked out at a mechanic was crazy and would not help me with that connection and it was my first car so I made the mistake of not going to a mechanic. That's on me, but it doesn't take away from the lack of integrity and willingness to outright lie.I took them at their word and every single thing they said they replaced or worked on was a lie. Down to simple stuff like oil changes, filters, spark plugs, battery... They said they changed all of it and I asked them to double check with the owner and they gave me their word. When I took it to a mechanic they said whoever I bought the car from were cruel to take advantage of me like this and it was beyond normal predatory used sales tactics and they literally did nothing to service it at all. His words, not mine.I trusted these folks because they're a small family business, but the CRV I purchased had been in an accident they did not report (the owners daughter had been driving it and they had a clear history before then). I was in an emergency situation where I needed a car (it was literally fundraised for me because I'm low income) to move and help my elderly father who had just taken a really bad fall. They acted with empathy and understanding that I thought was genuine, only to sell me a car that needed $4,000 in repairs, that still has issues to this day.I know they have good reviews but please stay away. They'll lie through their teeth and smile and act with empathy but it's fake. If you purchased a reliable car then it's a coincidence. Looking back, it was clear they knew this car had serious issues and really pushed that they wanted me to have a safe and reliable vehicle and expressed the importance of family. The sales person even connected with me as another woman of color. This happened about a year ago and it's just absolutely wild that they could have such terrible morals.I don't like leaving negative reviews for small businesses, but this experience still gives me the creeps. Idk how many sales people there are here but the person who helped me said she was the daughter of the owner.

They literally lied about all the basic stuff they said they replaced and the mechanic I went to after purchasing said the car had been in an accident they tried to cover up. These were some of the most dishonest people I've had the displeasure of interacting with. I hate to leave a bad review but I hope it helps someone make the choice to stay away. I left a google review also and I think they pay to have reviews removed because negative reviews have disappeared.

I purchased a 2016 dodge Ram test drove, sounded great! However 4-5 daysAfter left the Lot a terrible ticking begun. Thinking I purchased a "Lemon" I went back to silver auto sales, they worked with the low warranty I purchased and took my truck did all the repairs fixed it up perfect and cost me nothing out of pocket! So, at the end of the day the owner belived he sold a great running vehical and stuck by his word and took care of what left his lot. U buy "as is" but I appreciate he went the extra mile to stand by his Word!

Incredibly unprofessional. Attempted to Finance a Car, and they sold it while I was waiting for it to be approved. This was after they said they’d hold it for me until they heard back from the bank. Then they called saying they had us “on video agreeing not to put down a deposit”, which they didn’t state we needed to do to hold the car. They also had the audacity to call back after selling said car and inform me I was approved for financing a couple days after the sale.
