My mother bought a car here about 90-days ago. She's reported multiple times that the car was having problems. The car dealership knew there was an issue when she drove the car off the lot and now the engine is blown. Called them and they did not care. DO NOT--I REPEAT--DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE SHADY AND DON'T GIVE A SINGLE SHIT ABOUT YOU--THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. THEY SELL BAD CARS. Will be contacting BBB for bad business practices.

I bought a truck over a year ago, 4/28/2022. The original experience was pleasant, Cesar was friendly and very helpful. However, I'm now trying to get the registration for my truck in which I need the title number. I called my lien holder and they apparently have not been sent the title. They reached out to Sierra Auto earlier in the month, on the 9th, and were told they were trying to get it from the previous credit union and then no contact after that. I called yesterday and spoke to a gentleman who said they stored their titles in a cabinet there and would give me a call back after he found it. I never received a call so I called again this evening. I got no answer when I called from my number numerous times so I used my boyfriends phone and got an answer on the second call. He informed me that the auction house was missing a lien release form from the previous credit union and they were waiting on that (for over a year???) and that he sent an email to the DMV for the title number. According to him the DMV does not have the title number either. I'm starting to wonder if they sold me a truck with no title. This affects how I make my living as I work on a military base and my registration is required. Be aware if you buy from here, make sure you have ALL of your documentation. I will update as the situation progresses.

First time financing a vehicle, these people were very helpful and kind. They are fast and efficient, would recommend. Only complaint is there’s a decent sized chip on the front windshield.

Stay far away. Sold me a truck that needed a new engine that costed me 10k and they pretended they had no idea. They made me sign paperwork as quickly as possible and tried to make a excuse why they made me sign an as is paper. Not good trustworthy business at All. Spend your money elsewhere trust me

Caesar was an amazing guy but I did buy a truck from them and it ended up breaking down on a road trip leaving me stranding 8 hours away from home and then I got it fixed and now I have transmission issues as well
