Phenomenal service. Bought a promaster cargo van today, and ended up trading in my truck. Because I was originally planning on selling the truck myself, I didn’t have the title. A salesman drove all the way out to my house (25 miles) after work to pick up the title, and bring my forgotten item I left behind the visor. Would definitely buy there again. Not pushy like I’ve experienced elsewhere.

I had the best car buying experience EVER with the great team at Siamak's Car Company. Without even going there yet, I called to see if I drove up from Albany if they'd let me take the car I was interested in back down to Albany.....I had to see if my 6'7" boyfriend could fit comfortably....and they said YES. S I drove up, grabbed car, drove back to Albany...and he fit...lol. Then returned withe the car. I negotiated a wonderful price, cuz Leola and Scot are a wonderful team!!! Erik was quick with the paperwork and I was on the road.
I HUGE compliment to Leola for starting my whole afternoon off right before I even met her. She was very professional on phone and when I got to meet her. Scott worked very hard to get me as close as possible on price I could afford. He went right to getting me approved and he was very professional as well.
I would recommend everyone looking to buy a quality used car try Siamak's first. They really make car buying a good experience and I'll DEFINITELY go to them again.

I worked with George and Siamak himself. They went above and beyond normal duties to get me in the car I wanted. George was answering questions over text even after dealer hours had closed. Siamak helped my wife and I get all the paperwork done for our purchase himself and when there was a problem he went out of his way to bring us paperwork to our work so we did not have to travel again to get the deal done. Would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

Terrible communication and customer service. Sold a vehicle we were supposed to get an inspection on and then offered a vehicle way above our budget that did not fit our criteria.
Let me be more thorough - we spoke with Ali and another salesman, viewed the vehicle, told them WE WANT THE VEHICLE and that we'd be putting 10k down and having it shipped. Another salesman insisted to get the inspection and we were supposed to be buying the vehicle as soon as inspection was done. We were ready to buy it then and there until the salesman convinced us to let them get an inspection done first. Everyone was aware of that. Then it was sold out from under us. Yes, it is very worthy of a 1 Star review. Thanks.

Sold me a car with problems knowing so and upselling me a warranty that won’t cover. They can deny it all they want but since purchasing my car, I’ve had non stop problems

Everyone at the dealership was amazing and went out of their way to get me approved for my car!!! I got such an amazing deal on my car that looks new!!! They helped me every step of the way and even worked with me on my down payment!!! Eric is the main one who got the bank to approve me and work with my downpayment. I’d like to share my experience with Siamak’s. I’d like to say that Leola & Jason did a great job of communication over the phone… but when we came into town to finally purchase 2 trucks there were a lot of red flags & miscommunication. Check engine light was on, vehicle was rushed, they tried to clear codes & etc… I feel like the potential of having a better experience was there but it wasn’t executed properly… Not only did they lose out on over $55K in vehicle sales but they lost out on a lifetime customer that would have done more business with them. I was coming from over 4 hours away & they had 2 weeks to get the truck ready to go & done. They tried to make things right but I felt like they were trying to do a quick sale & rush through these trucks & hide the codes which is not right. My time was truly wasted & time is money in my industry… I was truly disappointed in my experience with Siamak’s, I will take my hard earned money somewhere else where they will value my time.

Not the worse experience I've ever had but pretty close. They did the typical "We just sold the car you were interested" trick to try and up sell me to something more expensive. Even when test driving the vehicle I explained I wanted to try out features that would be easier done on the freeway but the salesman suggested we just "Go straight" past the freeway entrance instead. So then I was just forced to test drive a similar vehicle somewhere else basically wasting the majority of my time in the process. Normally don't write reviews and noticed this place shows decent reviews but that can be deceptive. Maybe just a bad day to show up? Who knows.
