Always a great experience when Tim is on shift very fast always polite and respectful the only fuel attendant that still always asks if you would like yours windows washed.

Whoever was working as the attendant on 8/6 at 5pm was a complete jerk. He waved my credit card RIGHT in front of my face, screaming HELLO, without saying anything, like here’s your card, because I turned around for a second and he was borderline harassing me. Didn’t bother to put the gas cap on so I had to do it myself. As a single female I left feeling extremely uncomfortable. Despite this gas station being literally a block from me I will never be going back.

I have been stopping at this shell station for many years but then they were suddenly closed for an extended period of time to get new in ground tanks installed. The people who work here are very friendly and have remained relatively consistent over the years. They are also one of the few stations in the area where you can get a propane tanked filled rather than a tank exchange program.

Where to begin? The attendants have been unwelcoming most of the times I’ve been. One time me and 4 other people waited 20 minutes to be helped before I got fed up and left. Another time I went to a far Island, not knowing at the time it was the furthest from the attendant working. I noticed this and apologized for parking so far away noting I didn’t see him. He replied with a disbelieving “yeah, sure you didn’t”. Ok dude, believe what you want.My biggest gripe is there transaction system. They MAKE YOU give them your zip code associated with your card if paying with card. Every time I’ve gone it’s failed. And to add insult to injury, the attendants don’t handle cash and cop an attitude about your code not working. Last time I went, every zip code attempt failed. So I got fed up and went up the road to Chevron.After that, I’m never coming back. To make me jump through hoops and deal with rude attendants to get gas is dumb. They get a 2 star from me for the simple fact that they have a acceptable store attached that’s open late. Maybe even 24/7? Most of the times I’ve been in the store, it was pleasant.

The first time I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt when I waited for 5 minutes only for them to tell me they only had supreme available...the second time, I waited 5 minutes while others were helped inside and received gas and then the worker proceeded to go back into the store without assisting me or even acknowledging me. Hopefully the afternoon and evening shifts are better, but certainly need more staff and customer service for the mornings. I feel bad in giving a bad review as I used to work in the service industry but in the mornings, time is everything!

I used to go to this Shell quite often before we moved away from that area, & I happened to be back there today (Nov. 29th 2018). The attendant, Albert was very kind and quick as always, we chatted for a moment, & it turns out he even remembered my dog's name, who I sadly didn't have with me. Well he gave me two doggy treats to take home & said to bring him by next time I was in the area.
I have always recieved excellent customer service from this Shell, & today they went the extra mile.

The kid pumping my gas this morning made some disparaging remarks about people with disabilities. My job is to assist people with disabilities; he said "oh I could never do that. Some of the stuff you guys have to do..." I said "well it's a tough job, not for everybody." He replied with (it made me so mad I remembered it word for word) "Well I wouldn't say it's tough... just kind of disgusting. I used to look after my autistic cousin. Never again." OK kid, tell me my job is easy, the people I work with are disgusting, and then add on top of it an insulting word about autistic people. Guess you didn't know I have an autistic son. I wanted to say something but I just drove out of there sooo mad.
