She also assisted in helping me complete my contract. Business aside - Dee is so friendly and welcoming. She demonstrated a clear sense of ownership with her job - which makes me feel good about storing precious belongings at her facility. We clicked quickly and I could have stayed for hours chatting. Public Storage has a real gem on their hands with Dee - don't ever let her go!!”

“We actually have two units here, since one ended up not being enough. They are not temperature controlled, but they are alarmed, and there are cameras on the property, as well as a 24/7 pin locked gate! So we feel our stuff is very safe there. They keep it clean, and the day staff is extremely nice. The after hours staff isn't great, but they will help you, if need be. We haven't really had any issues here and are very glad we chose Absolute Storage!”

“Outstanding service! The owners LIVE on site and personally respond immediately with any security concerns, not just looking at a security camera. We rent two spaces and it’s very reasonable. My daughter accidentally dropped her keys while leaving on a 3 week trip. The owners notified us immediately and kept her keys safe until we returned. I got sick with COVID and neglected to get an appointment for winterization. The owner helped me put 3 gallons of rv antifreeze in and it kept my new camper from having any plumbing problems from frozen pipes. I just can’t recommend them enough.”

When/if they are unable to assist you, the after hours number actually answers and provides assistance at personal level. I have not experienced this kind of exceptional treatment very often in modern worldNever from storage facility and/ not Salem area business. Thanks to them I slept well last night in midst of chaotic world I have no control over. Yes I am serious. No I am not auto or robotically posting this. What a certain competitor facility did to cause me to bother publically posting this is absolutely unexcusable in my book. This place genuinely saved day”

“This location of public storage has been acceptable. When we moved into the storage unit we had to provide our own light bulb for the wall to have light because the one in the head in there was dead. The on-site management has proven to be flexible and compassionate with effective communication. However, the only bathroom being a Porta Potty falls below expectations, especially with the price of storage yet again going up in January 2024. Most public storage locations I have found to be exemplary, and this site seems to be working toward that standard.”
