I called to ask for a same day appointment or to see if anyone had canceled. The lady that picked up the phone gave vague information and didn't care to do her job. Very upset with this place.

I moved to Salem over 6 months ago, and I STILL can't get an appointment for a "new patient" appointment, which you need before they'll see you for anything else. Ironically, during all the time I've spent on hold, the recording tells tell you about all the cancer screenings you need to have--screenings I'm overdue for but can't have done until I get past the "new patient" hurdle. I keep getting "we don't have any appointments, you need to call back next Monday." Getting care here seems like winning the lottery. Their billboard says they're taking new patients. They're not.

Doctor drapiza is ONE OF THE MOST AMAZING DOCTORS! Super humble and caring she does care about her patients always active with messages /results etc I’m so glad ???? she works here and is my doctor she’s again super nice not with an attitude. I have deal with others doctors which I don’t wanna put them on the spot. BUT IF THEY ARENT TREATING YOU RIGHT DONT BE AFRAID TO SWITCH OF DOCTOR AND LEAVE A REVIEW WITH THE SUPERVISOR AND LEAVE A REVIEW HERE AS WELL. AWARENESS IS THE KEY NO BAD ENERGY ALLOWED LETS MAKE THIS PLACE THE BEST WITH A POSITIVE ENERGY AND PEOPLE WHO CARE❤️

Ever since they stopped doing in person apts because of covid, their customer service has plummeted horribly. If they are having a bad day they don't need to take it out on the people that are on the phone with them, sounding passive aggressive because you don't know your wic ID? I've never had an issue before, and I've never been treated so poorly and been told I couldn't be helped because she didn't want to look me up by my name. Its sad how in these rough times people can't even be nice to moms in need. If I didn't need the assistance or help I wouldn't be calling you. Thanks for bringing me down wirh you so bright and early in the morning.

These people are idiots. I take my grandma there tell them with my grandma present that I need to be able to get info and make desicions. They take all my info. They call me with results but then tell me they can't give me the results they have to give them to my grandma directly.So, why did you take my info, why did you call me of you weren't going to give me the info.My grandma is not going to be able to do anything with the info and will forget almost immediately after she has a freak out because she doesn't even remember going to the doctor in the first place. Thanks for nothing and enjoy trying to explain to a dementia patient that they have dementia.
