I’ve been here twice. No other place I have taken my pet have I found the same level of compassion and assurance that my beloved pet was in the right hands. It’s not a particularly fun place to visit but they really make you feel at ease, that you can take everything at your pace, and that the doctors are going to pour their heart and soul into getting your pet up and running.
5 years ago, my husky had to get her face stitched up due to encounter with a wild animal. I wish I could remember the doctors name, but she told me she grew up sewing and that while it would be a bit, she was going to take her time and make sure it was done right. She did just that. After the hair grew back, no one could tell the extent of her injury.
5 years later, I had to return with my little best friend to give her a happy ending and let her be at peace. It is the hardest choice I’ve ever made. However, from beginning to end, I felt like statia and myself were truly cared for and I actually felt better about making the decision to let her go, than I have felt in the multiple days leading up to this point. They are extremely thoughtful, and while I cannot remember the nurses name, I will always remember you being there for me in one of my toughest moments. I really did need that hug, thank you.
I truly admire every single one of you for what you do, and from the bottom of my broken heart, thank you.

Not sure why this is called an “emergency vet.” We showed up at 4:30 am and they said they couldn’t see my dog until 5 PM. We left and Wilvet took care her immediately with friendlier staff.

Recently my cat suddenly passed away so I took her body to this place and they treated me with kindness and asked if there was anything else they could do for me . On top of that they went out of their way to send me sympathy cards for my loss.

My cat had a swollen paw and he wouldnt put weight on it. I was convinced it was broken and wed have to euthanize. The staff set my mind at ease and gave my cat the appropriate care. They were kind to him and to me. Thank you

i expect long wait times at an emergency clinic like this. what i dont expect is someone to come out to my car to snidely insist my dog howling in pain is due to a sudden diet change. my dog had had digestive issues for 6 years that were never resolved. i ended up getting buprenorphine from his regular vet when they opened. ive since had to put him down due to seizures.

Stay away from this place. They have a known thief working there as a receptionist. She steals credit card numbers. Management knows about this and continues to employ her.

We felt they respected and cared about our best buddy during the most difficult of times. I came back here to thank them today.

We took our dog there after a seizure, 30 minutes before they closed. They refused to see him as they said they are getting ready to close. His temper was low and breathing was labored. They still refused, saying take him to his regular vet, who did not open for another 30 minutes. Our dog died that morning.

Our dog swallowed a tail from a plush toy. This was our first emergency and going here. The vet and staff were wonderful. Thank you so much. I was a mess and so worried.

I called this place because our fur baby (senior dog) had been having trouble breathing. While waiting to speak with someone, our fur baby coughed up blood. The lady who answered the phone was so calm, sympathetic and reassuring. She told me what I needed to do before arriving (online paperwork) and to call when we got there and we would be a rush priority. Unfortunately our fur baby died on the way. Upon arrival, they were so sweet and the vet who checked her vitals reassured us we did nothing wrong and unfortunately these things happen. They were so sweet and made a very traumatic experience easier to handle. Thank you for your compassion and strength during our difficult time.

I do NOT recommend this vet clinic. Very poor communication. My 3 year old healthy cat suddenly acted drunk and wobbly, couldn’t seem to coordinate her legs, yowled as if in pain, and wet herself. My vet’s after-hours help line said to take her to a 24-hr vet clinic ASAP as it could be life and death. I called Wilvet and described my cat’s symptoms in detail, she said to come in immediately. Once there she had me repeat the symptoms over again. She didnt tell me what to expect at all, but explained the billing very clearly and had me sign that paper. Soon a second woman appeared and took my cat away “just to check her vitals”. She also asked about all the symptoms. Later a third woman came out with a clip board, she had us repeat all the symptoms again, but at least she took notes. She asked if it was okay to give kitty a shot of pain medicine and she went away. We sat in the lobby from 9;30 pm until 12;30 a.m., they had our cat back there somewhere that entire time. No one told us anything about our cat, if she was alive or dead or how much longer it would be. Twice I asked where we were in line, or for some estimate of how much longer it might be. I was briskly told this is an emergency room, you just have to wait. I finally told the receptionist I was extremely worried about my cat and frustrated with their service, and I anted my cat back NOW so I could take her home. That got the vit’s attention I guess, because he came out quickly. From the questions he asked me, and from my questions to him that he could not answer, I believe he had not looked at any notes or even examined my cat. And he had nothing to say about what might be wrong, other than possibilities. “Maybe she got into some poison”.I understand that everyone, including medical facilities are short staffed. This is likely not their fault. But when I was in medical school we were taught that COMMUNICATION is vital. Clients don’t sue you because you made a mistake. They sue you because you didn't communicate or attempt to rectify the situation. This place seriously needs to work on their customer service, and start updating clients on how their beloved pets are doing. And “Triage” doesnt mean waiting for three hours until the doctor can get to you.

Please please please ? DO NOT bring your babies here! My daughter spent all her Christmas money to get her cat looked at. He couldn’t walk. We waited 10 mins and it was very very quick…the vet came in and said he was dehydrated which obviously he hasn’t been able to walk to his water or food. After that someone came in with a $800 bill explained nothing and just stared at me in silence for 3 mins saying nothing explaining nothing. And then just walked out. We were ready to leave after the 10 mins. We asked for our cat and the lady went back and forth over whether we owed the $150 or not. Eventually of course they took my daughter’s Christmas money for nothing. As we were walking out the door the nurse finally wanted to offer me assistance with taking care of my cat. We declined. We will be having to cancel Christmas this year which is no big deal that is our choice. I just can’t believe how uncaring and what horrible bedside manner these people have. Price gouging at its finest. Please I beg you take your babies elsewhere.
