Good prices and selection, great staff.My dog and I just moved here. He's a shy little corgi with anxiety about being handled. We visited the store today and two of the people working there patiently helped me pick out a new harness for him. One (I think named Ash?) got on the ground with us and fed him treats till he'd let them slip a harness on. It seriously took about 20 minutes to earn his trust. They went the extra mile.

My puppy loves the treats they have. Staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable .I never have to wait in line even if I am second in line they will call up cashier to help me on second register. They are more customer service than any petco!! Sometimes they may not be open and I notice just the time I pull up that many others do the same. I'm not sure why someday your not open :(

Love this local pet shop.Super caring staff who of course love the animals they serve.Good competitve prices to the chain stores, don't worry about boutique pricing.They have very high quality options if you so choose.

I had an outstanding experience, thanks in large part to Azalea. She demonstrated exceptional knowledge and patience, providing invaluable assistance throughout our visit. Impressively, her professionalism never wavered, even when my German Shepherd had a couple of accidents in the store. Azalea handled the situation with grace and understanding, which only added to the positive experience. I'm truly grateful for her help and commend her for her exceptional customer service skills.

Greeted with kindness and respect upon entering the store which made it easy to find what I needed with excellent knowledge of the product. Thank you for your help. The staff has an obvious love of furry friends. Made me smile. Will be back.

Great products! My pets enjoy the quality of their toys much more than any generic pet store brand. Same goes for the treats! The cashier even gave me a 'cat adoption' package with many supplies for my new cat. Couldn't recommend more!
