Andrew and assistants did a very professional job installing our new furnace and A/C. We have had Salem Heating and Sheet Metal perform maintenance over the past many years and have never been dissatisfied with their work.

Fantastic service! Years back they replaced our furnace and did a great job. Recently I became the sole owner of the home and it’s been an overwhelming process. I called the office to schedule a maintenance check up for my furnace and AC. I was able to get on the schedule soon and the receptionist was so kind! She even made notes for the tech to teach me about my system and basic homeowner care. The tech (Lewis) arrived on time and was knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and thorough. So happy to have Salem Heating in my Rolodex of trades that can help me out. Thank you!!

We had the pleasure of having Mike and Oshey come and replace the duct work. Under the house was a total mess and destroyed by rats. They did awesome, worked really fast, and Mike went and got me a new filter for the furnace. Super grateful for that! They cleaned up and made sure everything worked. I would definitely recommend Mike and Oshey!

We remodeled our home recently and Salem Heating initially was contracted to install a mini-split heat pump, which works perfectly in an addition to the house. On top of that, they did great work on our 70-year old ducting in a very tight crawl space, installed a cook range vent hood and more. Scott, Ed, and the entire team were responsive, flexible, and professional at every step of the way. I highly recommend Salem Heating & Sheet Metal!

We had a wonderful experience with Salem Heating. Our job in January 2024 included new Lenox heat pumps, furnaces and some minor changes to original design. I received 3 comparable bids for the project. I received a timely and competitive quote and project proposal I want to thank Scott for his work with estimate and design. Ed for his pre project work with measurements. And Andrew (on-site Lead) and all his Tech’s were fantasic across the 2 weeks we had them in our home. Andrew was back yesterday to do some final testing and everything is operating perfectly.

Salem Heating and Sheet Metal have become the "GO TO" company for our HVAC needs at our local business. They have bid and completed projects for us on numerous occasions. Dan R and Bob Moore are knowledgeable, professional, and their services are reasonably priced! I wish everyone could be as dependable as these folks are. Thank you!

We had them install a gas heater for us about 2 years ago. 6 months ago we had it serviced because our gas bill was pretty high. The service employee fixed it and told us it was set up wrong that it should run more efficient now and cost less each month and boy was he right saved us over 100 a month ? this time last year our bill was 220 barely had it on and now it’s 124 and we have it running all the time on 70. Make sure you have your heaters serviced by a different company I recommend Roths.

This is the second time I have had Salem Heating & Sheet Metal install a central AC (one about 6 years ago). I would recommend them to anyone and the price was fair!I had a quote from another guy from Portland who wanted almost twice as much to install the same unit (I knew his price was outrageous, even if it was though Costco), that’s why I called Salem Heating & SM. I remembered feeling good with my experience the last time.Andrew and O’shey were great during the instal. We had Scott for the quote and Ed came to take measurements. They were on time, friendly and professional. They reviewed all the work and with us when done.The whole process was smooth and communication/scheduling was straightforward.Services: Installation

Had the folks at Salem Heating and Sheet Metal bid and ultimately install a replacement central AC unit. Not only was their bid / quote significantly less money...they took the time to explain my options in some detail. Had the pleasure of having Mike and Justin come out today and complete the install.
