We have really loved Salem Gateway Storage. Kim the owner has ALWAYS been so kind, responsive, and helpful. The grounds are extremely clean and well taken care of. The units themselves are very new and I have always felt safe while at my unit. I know my belongings are safe as well. Thanks for being so great Kim!

From my first contact to get information, to making a reservation for a unit, to changing the reservation to get a unit more appropriate for our needs, to the actual rental process Kim was outstanding: responsive, helpful, professional, and just plain nice! The facility is new, looks clean and security is obviously a priority here.

I was desperate as we had to store a lot of house goods in a hurry!! Our home sold and our next place wasn't ready for us!Kim, the manager was so kind and friendly on the phone! When we arrived and made the final arrangements..we felt like we had known her forever!The entire process was professional and digital..had our signed docs completed and in our email in a second.The grounds are new and secure and clean!! Very attractive.Another biggie for me is: if you leave a message, Kim is very responsive!!You receive a return phone call within a very short window!Great experience and contact!

Very new and beautiful.. state of the art everything is impeccably clean and spacious.. automatic rolling unit doors. Light inside unit. 24 HOUR ACCESS!!!! Did I mention how insanely clean this place is?? There is a coffee station inside, and Kim is really cool and super sweet and helpful.. I've never had such an accommodative experience with storage in my life - no exaggeration - I've used storage for the last 15+ years and had many bad experiences, mainly with mainstream corporations as they aren't very nice and don't care about the customer or the reviews.. I'm making the change I want to see in the world and I'm going private!!! It is conveniently located on South Commercial behind the gym.. I'll post more pix in the next couple days!
