Horrible. Had pain. Blood pressure 147/100 due to the kidney stone pain. I was offered by Dr. Saffwr partial treatment. Anyone with kidney stones would tell you that the pain is excruciating. Salem clinic has really gone down with the lack of empathy from doctors.

This is not an urgent care.
They are by appointment only. I didn't know I had to schedule an accident.
If you have an urgent need don't bother with this place

In my experience if your issue isn't urgent enough for them they will ignore your needs. Terrible patient service!
