Absolutely loved my time attending Salem Academy! Class of 2011. I attended Kindergarten-12th grade. I was encouraged to think critically about my worldview which set me up for success in college and beyond. Very kind and encouraging teachers who cared about their students and their success! So grateful for Christian organizations in our community.

Not a very Christian like school! Just go to a football game. They only anounce the other teams fouls, they DO NOT anounce the other teams first downs, touchdowns, or conversions. Thier actions show that thier school does not follow the golden rule of the bible: love thy nieghbor as you would yourself. This is the second year in a row, that thier players played dirty ( illegal head to head helmet shots, thier team trying to punch the opposite team in the privates, holding). Foul language on the field. They also have this gorgeoues feild they built, with only a locker room for thier team. Not a very welcoming team to visitors. Not very christian like, so if these are the values you want your child to have then send them here. If I could give 0 stars I would, thier non-Christian like actions had me speechless.

We have 4 Kids attending, Elementary through High School. You can't please everyone but the Administration does a good job of seeking to Honor the Lord with their principles and core values. Biblical worldview and parent partnership is a high priority in this community and we have a great respect for the integrity of the leadership

My daughter attended for 7 years. We are very thankful for the curriculum and care she received there. She is now a very successful realtor, wife and mother.

Wonderful school, we could not be happier with the environment, staff and overall education/experience.

Worst school in the district. They kick you out if they dont like you and they also have clear favoritism. Some teachers here are great but most of them call you names and also dont care about you what so ever. If you're considering going to this school, dont. You're protecting your child and your bank account.

Don't bother. I paid 75 dollars per kid for applications they lost and was told I was SOL....also to find out later they are completely full and paying was a waste in the first play! They are just stealing at this point, taking advantage of parents trying to get kids into private schools.

Horrible staff who don’t care about educating your children, run down school, and a very sketchy location. Do yourself a favor and take your children elsewhere.

Been subtituting here for over 20 years! Great Kids, wonderful staff and terrific admistration. It's all about the kids! Shoutout to the current H.S principal Lyndsy Brownell, one of the best principals I've worked with! Loves her kids at SAC and loves her staff! And we love her!

I can't recommend this school at all. They don't deserve to have Christian in their name, I sincerely hope they go out of business and no longer can harm any more students lives. You would be better off homeschooling or looking elsewhere for your kids.

We had high expectations for SA and they have exceeded them! We are so thankful for this school and didn’t know what we were missing out on before switching from public. Great communication from teachers, who are also quick to respond with questions. Friendly, welcoming staff.

Worst experience ever!!!!! Moved from capital Christian school. Biggest regret yet. 4th grade teacher Mrs. Hennigan has no love/empathy for her students. She said my son was one of the worst kids of the school along with another 2 students. This is suppose to be a Christian school where these things abide. Throughout the school year my son was in trouble all the time over anything and everything. Beside the fact that there is NO organization whatsoever. quizzes and tests were never on the day they were said to be. My son never had homework. i called the principal about my concerns and instead of trying to work with me and find a solution she defended her teacher and did absolutely NOTHING to make things better. So sad to see so much hate/ racism at a Christian school. My child talked every day about how horrible the school was and how much he wanted the year to be over. So glad to be done with this living hell.

We were given a tour today of the school and were very impressed! The smaller classroom sizes and school spirit is refreshing! The public school system is failing our kids and we want more for our kids! They just want to go to school and learn not have to worry about behavior issues and teaching down to the lowest student.

Went here, elementary years were amazing! But middle and highschool were the worst years of my life
