Safeway Pharmacy is a decent sized store without being huge or overwhelming. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, patient, and nice. Visits are quick and thorough, with helpful exchanges of information on medication safety and usage, and questions are answered in understandable ways. The pharmacy offers flu vaccinations, shingles shots, back-to-school vaccines, and can fill pet prescriptions. However, the place is very busy all the time. There are often long lines to wait in, as the store can feel not big enough to accommodate all the customers and there are many prescriptions to handle. Despite the crowds, the employees remain helpful, and the produce section offers amazing looking fruits and vegetables.
