Most unfriendly customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve been going to Walgreens for years and even though they’re not perfect I’ve never been treated like I was the one time I had to go to Rite Aid. Walgreens was out of my medicine but told me to take it to Rite Aid, which was right across the way. The lady at Rite-Aid immediately told me she wouldn’t fill it, even though I told her my Dr. would call them. she acted like there was a problem and treated me like I was trash. I’ll pick up this prescription but I’ll never go back.

The pharmacy staff are unbelievably rude. Terrible, atrocious customer service. They really give you a hard time over the phone and are very disrespectful as well. Very poor behavior. Go somewhere else. Save yourself the time and headache. These people are genuinely bitter and have no clue what they are doing. Someone I know also had to stop using their pharmacy for the same reason.

The pharmacists are rude. I felt they were talking down to me and being very dismissive. My doctor gave me a prescription and told me to ask how much they cost at different pharmacies- when I asked how much it was - they wouldn't help because they said they "do not provide that service- absolutely not!" (Unless I fill it there) I'd already had my birth control prescription sent there and it was $25 more than the one I got at my previous rite aid (I just moved here). I'd been taking that prescription for 10 years and the other Rite Aid always gave me the generic version because it was more affordable for me. These ladies were not helpful at all - and made me feel they were looking down on me, acting like my asking simple questions - disgusted them. (I live down the street and was dressed in pajamas- i have an infant at home and my mom was watching him so I could run to the pharmacy really quick). I work in health care - and it is disappointing that these other health care workers treat people this way and appear to have no compassion. The head pharmacist walks around very angry looking and not approachable- I'm honestly scared to go back!

After being fed up with the Walgreens a mile from my home, I decided to ditch them and try Rite Aid. They have hours every day (a rarity nowadays), they were prompt (even on the weekend), the cashier was so nice and the pharmacist took time to talk to us about more than just my prescription (and was incredibly nice!). We won't be going back to walgreens, this is worth the 5 mile drive.

Rite aid caries things that other stores don't. Friendly and helpful service, and you can't beat the savings with your Rite Aid rewards...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! This pharmacy has the most inept group of employees I have ever seen. The worst one is the older red head that sits in the drop off zone. She is god almighty awful. She won't fill things unless she wants to. Bring $20 and flash her with it when you drop off if you want to get your script filled. The lines that form in this place are unbelievably long and often times you can be in line and people just cut in front of you. Or they are sitting down in the corner and then they just hop in the line right in front of you. The staff does nothing and if you say anything they laugh at you like the young brunette clown that was checking people out. It's the most disorganized circus I've ever seen. I had a 90 day supply issued 30 days ago and they only gave me 30 days of it. Tried for the last 3 days to get it refilled and nothing. Wouldn't even give me a 2-3 day supply (because you get very sick if you miss just a day) while they get in touch with my doctor on vacation. What fuckery! Absolute madness this place is.

I don’t usually go to Rite Aid but I would for sure go back to this one. I noticed it was very clean right when I walked in. Then the cashier was so so helpful and kind. She showed me you can sign up for rewards to get the discounts but not put in your email to avoid junk mail. She saved me $13! Thank you Tina!

A really good Rite Aid - everyone is always friendly, polite, and efficient. The pharmacy and front end staff are all great and the facility is clean and well stocked.

Friendly cashier, friendly customers as well. What I wanted was in stock and bonus on sale. I belive the friendliness of the staff is a big part of the overall positive atmosphere in the store.

Very rude staff. I called because the Rite Aid in PDX wouldn't pick up, mentioned I was form CA and she said we can't even take care of our own.

I don't know how this outfit stays in business. I have brought merchandise to the checkstand, the checker saw me but did not come to the cash register. I returned the merchandise to the shelf and left. Freddy's pharmacy is all balled up by the ongoing remodel, so I went online and registered to get the bivalent covid booster here. Registration made me jump through flaming hoops and when I showed up for my appointment I was interrogated again, when all they had to do was look at my driver's license--which the website told me to bring. By 15 minutes past my appointment time, the tech told me there was a problem with Medicare not paying. What? The government has released 180 million doses of free vaccine, and the Rite Aid website says nobody will be turned away even if with no ID or insurance? By then I was fed up and left.

I have been getting my prescriptions here for years. The pharmacist " Cheryl " is very nice and very smart she knows her drugs. Great place always there to help. Mary who also works behind the counter to drop your prescriptions off to is also very attenitive and very helpful. She went above and beyond my expectations. I love this Rite - aid Pharmacy.
