The pharmacy employee's are very helpful and friendly. Very respectful and personable which is often hard to find at a pharmacy. I specifically go to this pharmacy because of that despite there being a closer location to my home.

Been picking up my medication here for at least a couple years now and the staff both in the main store and the pharmacy are always very nice and helpful.

Was just needing to buy something for cash back. Was told i had to leave my scooter outside to be stolen. Very unprofessional, even when i tried to accommodate by not having it a trip hazard. My family absolutely hates how this company treats people. You're a failure company. Look at your rating. Thats all you. I will refuse all service working with this company. Get professional.

My prescription was sent to this company, and when I went to pick up. I found out that they don’t honor Tricare which is part of Veterans medical benefits. What a shame some companies don’t honor Veterans.

My regular pharmacy was out of a med, so I had to transfer it here to get it. The lady checked that they had it, said it'd be done by that afternoon or evening. The next day they told me they didn't have a prescription for me. She said my pharmacy had not sent the prescription yet and told me to call. I waited until that afternoon called my pharmacy they said they sent it yesterday. I called this place, they said they just got it and that it would be ready soon. The next morning I was completely out of this med now and I went to get it a little after 10am and she said it wasn't ready! It would take another 25 minutes. I had things to do so I did them and finally got my meds, but I do not recommend this pharmacy. They did not have a lot of people there most times. The store is also totally empty all the time, so they're likely to go out of business.

I've been to Genoa, Walgreens, and the Fred Meyer pharmacy. I had so many problems getting my meds. I'm glad I tried the Rite Aid pharmacy. They are fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the service they give you. If you're looking for a good pharmacy, I want to say go to Rite Aid, but now that I think about it, I don't want to give away this good spot. It might get crowded. But seriously, I've been nothing but impressed with their service as well as their app.

This is probably one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever been to. Whenever I am sick or have an injury, I never get my medication because they’re either not in stock or they fill it right before closing when I’m not able to get it, and by the time I am able to get it, I no longer need it. They close for lunch early sometimes. They will tell me my prescription will be ready by a certain time, and when I get there, they haven’t even started on it. So then they will tell me it’ll be an hour and a half to two hours until it’s ready, so I go home. On my way home, right after I pull out of their parking lot, I get a text saying it’s ready. The pharmacists don’t tell you of possible side effects, or if you should take it with food. There’s only one pharmacy tech that is nice, and that is the only positive thing I have to say. I NEVER get my prescriptions on time.

Horrible store and staff. From out of state and stopped in for medical supplies. Was denied restroom because pharmacy was closed and the young red headed cashier up front was rude and decided she would make it her mission to hold me up with excessive questions and slow check out. I spent $50 on 3 items that were marked buy 1 get 1 half off but apparently they only give the posted deals if you sign up to have their card. Now I know why rite aid isn't where we live! Horrible!

I have never seen the pharmacy staff ignore customers. They get VERY busy and I can imagine the pressure they're under. If occasionally I had to wait for a long time, it just means THEY'RE BUSY WITH A LOT OF CUSTOMERS! They've always been nice & treated ppl well.

I love this pharmacy the staff are so kind, they have never changed the tabs on me, and they got my prescription to go thru my insurance it is now free, I was paying 200$ then 70$ and now 0$ I love them. I can't say enough positive, I'm so grateful! I was with walgreens before and I'm never going anywhere else!
