Used to come here all the time, last time I was in for a pedicure she didn’t get all my callouses off. When I called about it it was somehow my fault, when my previous mail tech always was able to get my callouses off during the pedicure. Will be going somewhere else which is a bummer as I was a long time customer

I scheduled 3 services months ago for Mother’s Day. To go check my confirmation and see they had only put me down for a kids manicure on Saturday the 11th, which they had canceled without telling me. My kids look forward to this literally all year long.

I would give 0 stars if I could.
Made an appointment for a Saturday, had to give my credit card information to hold my appointment.
Received a text confirming my appointment with the name of my nail tech, then immediately received another text with a different nail tech's name.
Received 2 text reminders.
Then 2 hours before my appointment the nail tech called me and said there was a mix up with her schedule and asked me if I could come in on a Monday. I told her I could not come in during the week, told her to cancel my appointment and shred my credit card information. Then contacted Lux and told them to shred my credit card information.
If I'm receiving reminders, aren't they?

I'm so happy with service here. I got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. Everyone was kind and made wonderful conversation. She did amazing and nailed the design I came in asking for.

I have been going to Lilly for 10 years and followed her everywhere she moved because she is THAT GOOD!! The salon she has built is absolutely beautiful with all the best products and cute little accommodations for clients. Recommend this salon over any other nail salon!!!

I had an appointment scheduled and unfortunately woke up with a fever (ended up being the flu). I cancelled my appointment via phone as their vagaro site says to call to cancel/reschedule and to avoid fees. I left two voicemails requesting to cancel/reschedule and explained my reasoning. I even massaged their vagaro site. I never heard from the business. They charged me as a “no show.” It’s been nearly a month and 0 correspondence with them. Cancellation policies make sense but the business shouldn’t advertise “call us” if they don’t answer their phone and never respond to voicemails.

I have been a client of Lily’s for years (10-15) and she always provides superior services with very reasonable rates. She has worked me in, rescheduled and gone out of her way to make things work for me. Always a fantastic result and I wouldn’t ever consider going to anyone else.

Best salon in town. Excellent workmanship by everyone who provides services. Beautifully decorated and clean. Ive been receiving services from Lily for 20 years. It doesn't get any better. Anyone who says otherwise on reviews are either fake accounts or flat crazy.
