So I first off want to say the guys in the shop are phenomenal. Straight forward and honest workers. That is the only reason I am leaving this a 3 star. If this was based off of only the front desk lady named Jessica it would be a zero. She has no respect nor knows how to be professional. I was trying to say something and she just kept over talking me like I didn't know what I was talking about. She definitely made me feel belittled. Now I'm not saying I know alot about mechanics but I know enough. And for the way that she talked to me was again completely unprofessional. I hope she learns to not be that way towards customers or people in general. Almost felt like she was having an emotional breakdown but pointing it in the wrong way. Hopefully she treats the guys in the shop better than she does the customers.

Went in so my girlfriend could look at a Jeep Cherokee as a second vehicle. Zero customer service or friendliness from finance manager as we walked into the showroom. A salesman with 3 teeth finds us, and within the first 2 sentences, manages to insult my girlfriend in regards to her apparent inability to "drive off road." (We are avid mountain climbers and hikers and frequent remote trail heads on our days off). He then makes comments questioning her ability to buy this vehicle in cash, and when we asked to test drive it, he looked at his watch and said it was getting late in the day and we should come back Monday. Then he proceeded to tell us there is a lot of interest in it, so "we better hurry back!"Sir, you lost $7k on the easiest sale of your life. Great job! Definitely go here if you enjoy things like sleezy car sales and misogyny. 10/10!

Great shop great guys, took my car in for some spark plugs they suspected they wouldn't be able to touch is for a day or two but to my surprise they had it done early and prices are well beyond reasonable compared to other shops if you haven't given them a try I suggest you doThank you
