I used to get my prescriptions through Walgreens, but they were not able to fulfill my meds so I called Quisenberry. Not only were they kind and understanding while working with me to get my prescription transferred to them, but when I got there, the wonderful women working got right to work getting my prescription together so I could take my meds same day. I plan on bringing all my medications to them from now on. I can't recommend them enough!

I'm very upset with the compounding service. They said to call to refill at least one week ahead and that they would call you when it its ready. I waited a week and then I had to called them, they had not even started on it but would get it ready that day. This happened every time I went to reorder my medication. So this last time I did it two weeks out. I only had enough thyroid medicine for a week or less. After about a week they called and said they no longer were going to make this compound. I said it would have been nice to Know this a week ago! So my poor cat has ran out of her compound thyroid medication. Lucky for us my husband can get it at chewy.com. Never again will I ever step foot in Quisenberry Pharmacies again!!!

Recently I had the pleasure of working with John and his team who fills prescriptions. I work for an adult foster home. We had to make many changes to our client’s meds dosage, schedules, strengths, etc. Then we needed to verify client’s records, PRN meds, and prescriptions. All of this needed to be done in a week! John and his staff were able to get all the meds straightened and up to date, as well as provide all the necessary documentation. Such a great, pleasant, and efficient staff to work with!!! I highly recommend Quisenberry’s!!!

Prompt, courteous and friendly. I've always appreciated this family owned pharmacy and am so glad we have an excellent alternative to the big pharmacy chains, especially when the others are short staffed but this one remains open and efficient.

Awful! 1. It smells bad in there 2. It's creepy weirdo store, like, there's 1 of each item on the shelves 3. Service is terrible, they must get a ton of traffic because the lady can't remember a face from the day prior 4. Disorganized! They don't know if things are upstairs , downstairs, under the last name, first name, they don't know! 5. There's a child on the floor. Shouldn't they be in school?! 6. The pharmacist is seeing impaired. Which is scary when she's the one filling scripts 7. S-L-O-W service. Ain't nobody got time for this crap!!! Why Salem. WHY!!!?!? We deserve better places than this!

Called to try and get information on their compounding services for a medication and the person who answered had literally zero info or help other than "the pharmacist does that so I don't know". This is one of their main services as one of the only compounding pharmacies in Salem so you think they'd have some other helpful information or could at least be nice about it and offer to ask the pharmacist or offer to let you speak to them. As someone who is trying to avoid going out to places unnecessarily during COVID I simply wanted to know if they could compound my medicine before I traveled there. Doesn't matter now as I won't bother going to them, they don't seem to want business, so warning- it's a crap shoot if they'll even talk to you.

My friend and I were window shopping last weekend when we happened to walk by this store it looked super cute from the outside, so we went in and we're greated by jonwJon was very friendly and even though we were just looking the amount of customer service we were given was astounding! You can definently tell it is a family owned business, the courtesy and friendliness was a nice change from the world we are living in now, thank you Jon!

They have horrible customer experience. They don't open on time, whoever answers the phone is frequently rude and from talking with multiple other pharmacies, the compound prescription they made was inadequate. We drive two hours round trip to go to another compounding pharmacy because they were so bad.

I love this old fashion pharmacy in downtown Salem! I think they compound specialty prescriptions which most pharmacies do not. It's spacious and charming. The low amount of traffic makes it easy to maintain social distancing. Parking right out front or back is easy too.

Had a few issues with getting my first prescription through Quisenberry. I emailed them and expressed my concern for how things were handled. I received a phone call from the pharmacy and was very pleased with how quickly they replied to my email via phone. Will continue to use this pharmacy for my future compounded prescriptions. THANK YOU

I've been going to the pharmacy to get all of my prescriptions filled for very long time they have great excellent customer service they also have a lot of unique little gifts in their retail shop and if you're even a traveler they have travel-size toothpastes shower gel and it's all at reasonable prices they don't try to rip you off like the big chains do
