Well, it's 5:45 and they close in 15 minutes according to their posted hours...and the doors are locked. I drove across town to get here because they are one of the few options open til 6:00.

What kinda of business has an open sign-in window yet is closed? I had an Amazon package delivered and I can't pick it up because the store is closed on a weekday. Terrible business practices.

CONSTANTLY lose peoples mail and what’s their excuse? “Nobody’s perfect”. The whole point of it being sent here is so it doesn’t get stolen. If you can’t be trusted with holding peoples mail, why do you even have mailboxes??? Please keep in mind you didn’t lose someone’s pen, you were trusted with my mail and lost it because you are ignorant and irresponsible. Good thing it wasn’t my taxes!

Not the same as it used to be. Previous owner was kind, knowledgable, hardworking, and helped our local community. Very sad we lost all of that when he left; especially when your community is who supports your small business.

After realizing last minute my home printer was not up for the job I called Quick Ship N Print. Seth answered the phone and was so polite and helpful with my quick turn around request. Thank you! I highly recommend this business.

They did not ship my package out the same it was drop off or even the next day. My package stay at Quick Ship N Print for 6 DAYS with carrier coming daily for pickups. NOT Quick Ship at all, Quick Ship N Print took my package and show me how long they will sit on the customer package!! They did NOT focus on saving me time and money by ensuring me get the right services, in a single, quick visit.The owner states he'll do one thing to fix the error the store manager well tell you will have to take our word on it! HEY YOU guys thank you for showing me that you did NOT stand behind your word! Very poor customer service.I would think twice before using this chain to ship or send any type of package.What makes so BAD the owner and the store manager does see anything wrong with not sending the package out in a timely manner, I should be happy that it will get the destination soon or later (12 days later) when it only takes 4 days!Going to Quick Ship N Print was a BIG HEADACHE! They do not stand on their or behind their word.Yes, the location is good BUT the service is not!
