I have a family member who is living here. I visit at least once per week. The staff are friendly, attentive and she is getting excellent care.When I was looking for a place, I met with a social worker who told me this was one of the top facilities in this area. She also advised me on which ones to run away from.Every time I sit down for a meal with the residents, they rave about how they are like a family and how much they enjoy living here!! I am so pleased with the support provided by Prestige Orchard Heights. Amazing, dedicated team that truly cares!!

my mom has a freind who lives here, and they have TAKEN AWAY HER MEDS at some points (or dont give it to her) and people can be rude there, one of the workers even made her cry, just because she had fallen out of bed!

In-laws are really enjoying their time so far. They moved in a couple weeks ago and are enjoying the food, staff as well as their apartment.

who knew that Assisted Living experience would be so awesome. Marissa was so helpful and kind. She even brought out cookies to our Dad during a home visit. The Dietary Manager Paul came out and greet my family and described the meal that he had created. We met the manager Tracie and we knew that we were in the right place. Tracie exudes love and compassion. Finally during a nursing Assessment, the RN Jolene visited with Dad and was so amazing with her bedside manner. Dad felt right at home. I couldn't be more pleased with Orchard Heights and would highly recommend this facility.

I moved in here in February and really didn't want to move from the place I lived in for 6 years prior. My biggest concern has been scheduling doctors appointments because that got off to a rocky start. The people are very friendly here. I really like the wait staff in the dining room. I would like to have more activities that I can participate in. The exercise classes are too easy for me. The gardening club spends too much time outside and that is hard on my eyes. We do some fun crafts. I would like to see more painting though. I love the West Salem location right on the hill. It really feels like home.

I took my wife to tour this facility. The tour was great with lots of information given. We sat down for lunch which was very tasty with lots of options. To say I was impressed would be a misstatement. What I thought would be another boring assisted living facility turned out to be a home bubbling with joy. Although I am not able to take my wife to live here (her care needs are VERY heavy) I will always remember the kindness stretched out to us. Blessings to this facility you guys are ALL great.

My parents have been at Orchard Heights since Feb. They made it happen so I was able to move both of my parents in at the same time. Which most places wouldn't care to do.

I absolutely love Orchard Heights. The place is beautiful, the food is great, and the staff there tend to every single persons needs as timely as they can. The management there is wonderful. From their front desk person, their Executive Director, the kitchen staff, and especially the care staff. Always so attentive and caring to everyone. I have first handedly seen the management work the dining room, sing beautifully to the residents, and show such compassion. Impressed is not even a good word when it comes to Orchard Heights. Thank our Heavenly Father their are people with such beautiful hearts.
