There was a new procedure for me, Prestige using the internet to fill out forms to have a loaner car. I’m not a fan of sending the shop a picture of my driver’s license through the Internet. Does this mean my id floats around Prestige’s webpages? Also the shop sent me the diagnosis and the charges to fix my car via email. Again, I didn’t know to look for it in my email. Now I do. This process just wasn’t as friendly but it’s probably more efficient.

They were thorough with my vehicle and did a great job I’m very happy with the work they performed on my car and will be taking it back anytime. I need repairs or services.

I have only brought my Mini Cooper to Prestige Auto repair twice, and they have done a very good job, with no complaints.
I brought my car in at opening(8:00 am) and my oil change was completed within an hour and a half.
There is a waiting room, with literature present, which was nice, as well as coffee and water that are complementary.
The diagnostic comprehensive evaluation is nice to see, and very good to refer back to, to see what needs addressing, as my husband is able to do some work on my car.
My check engine light is on, so I made an appointment to evaluate, and will address repair at a later date, after I leave my car.

Very competitive prices. The staff has always treated very well and is very knowledgeable. Only had my car in twice. Once for an oil service and once for a suspension repair. Both turned out great. I’ve even chatted with the owner. Such a nice guy. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a repair shop that the owner is physically on site over seeing operations. Definitely 5 stars. I don’t see needing to go anywhere else. Would definitely recommend.

Prestige is great! They treat you well, do not over recommend services, are way more responsive than Wilsonville Mercedes and Salem Mercedes dealers, and also have better prices. Ditch the nearby Mercedes dealerships and you will be glad!

In my opinion Prestige Auto Repair is not a trustworthy shop. They started work on my car on sytems not on the work order. And would ignore the specific repairs i instructed them to fix. For any task they do, I'm sure the result will be good. But thier inspection is not truthful & invents problems which do not exist. I will seek a different shop for future work.
