I went there yesterday to test drive a 2010 Honda CRV that was listed for $10k. When inspecting the car, we found black mold where the spare tire was kept, as well as when you flipped down the drivers side visor. There were extra air fresheners to hide the smell. There were also many cosmetic damages to the car that were not shown in pictures. We also looked at a Nissan Rogue, and when we test drove it there was a check engine light as well as another blinking light on the dash. There were also many cosmetic damages. I was very unimpressed with the cars on the lot as well as with the service. Julio was nice, but I was told that those are as nice of a car as I could get for ten thousand dollars and he didn’t care to address the mold or any other issues with his cars.

Prestige is the place to go if you're looking for a used but new to you car! They are fast and efficient in they're work and make sure you're vehicle is good to go before you take it home, they even sent mine to a repair shop for a minor issue I pointed out during the test drive free of charge!!! Nothing but great customer service and an AWESOME owner at this location! HIGHLY recommended.

Recently bought a car from this shady dealership. Engine and transmission codes were erased. Engine and transmission broke down on us in 2 days. Dealership tells us should’ve looked at what you bought. This dealership is dishonest, can’t be trusted, and sell cars that belong at the junk yard. Be ware buyers

I was car shopping for months walked into 20 + dealerships and hands down best quality of service from the gentleman running this place. They had it posted online they responded very quickly answered all my questions and gave me the space and respect I needed when I showed up test drive. Definitely will be going back and giving them more business.

Buyer beware! Let me first say, I get that when you buy a used car, it is bought as-is. I understand that but I also understand the importance of honor and quality. I will start with a couple of the pluses when dealing with Prestige. They have a really good inventory of cars available. They have a bunch of different cars at different price points. Everything from your everyday car up to luxury cars. Tim and Jason were very good at keeping us updated with regards to the progress of promised repairs for the car we had purchased. Now to some of the issues that we had to deal with. First, there isn't much room to negotiate the price. The car we purchased was priced at $14,995. We offered $13,800 and they countered $14, 500 with them taking care of the DMV fees. When we asked for them to take care of a required oil change (the service light was on) and an alignment (the car pulled to the right) they came back with $14,800 with them taking care of everything we requested which we agreed to. Then, we realized that they only had one key for the car and didn't have a functional fob. They offered to have the keys cut if I paid for one of the two keys and program the fobs if I purchased them and brought them back to their office. So, with everything we requested to be done, the final price was $14,880. Once again, they were very good about keeping us updated on the status of the repairs. A week later, we were able to go back to pick up the car.The day I picked it up, I got into the car and the fuel light was on. I was barely able to get the car down to a gas station with the amount of gas left in that tank. I had also requested that they wash the car because the car was covered in dirt and had water spots all over it. They had not washed the car. The final thing was when I tried to roll down the passenger side window, it did not work. When we took the test drive, we assumed that all of the windows were functioning. I get that you cannot assume anything when buying a used car. I also realize that an honorable business would ensure that everything was within working order. Before we left, I asked if they would fix the window. When Benito was asked if he would be willing to fix it, he stated that he had already put enough money into that car and he was not willing to fix the issue. My husband and I were very frustrated by this. Once again, we had written out a check for almost $15,000 and we were driving off the lot with a car that the passenger side window did not work. With all of that being said, our final experience with Prestige is one of disappointment. It's very unfortunate because it seemed at the start as if the staff were very friendly and helpful but realistically not really.

Talked to two people here with the salesman being Isaias. Very personable people who had exactly what I was looking for. I was in and out of there fairly quickly with minimal work on my part since I had everything ready to go before I went in. I feel like any salesman you can say "thank you" to as you walk out the door is good at their job. Appreciate the help guys!

I will never buy a car from here ever again. We bought a Buick Enclave and I get you buy as IS.The driver window was off track and they agreed to fix it.Well, now we have a door handle broken and the control panel sunk into the car for handle. When they went to fix the window, the cable with the ball on the end was broken and it connects everything that is now broken. They glued it. Our mechanic said today it needs to be replaced and can't be glued.I called Buick, it needs to be replaced not glued, they said.We now do not have 900.00 for a panel and Labor. We have to roll down the window each and every time to get out of car and hold the controls with one finger and do the controls with another finger. We have told many people our story.Run from here.
