? #PreserveOregon: A Garden of Good Products, choked by Weeds of Poor Treatment ? ? I’ve always appreciated Preserve Oregon’s products—they’re the blooming roses in an otherwise barren market. ? But lately, the service has become the weeds strangling the garden. ?❌ ? Placed my order at 4 PM. It finally arrived at 8:10 PM—a 4-HOUR WAIT with no updates, no apologies, and no compensation. The delivery feels less like a service and more like a maze without a map. ?? ? Preserve Oregon Cultivate Accountability ? I don’t want to leave this garden—I love the roses you grow. But until you pull out the weeds of bad practices and plant seeds of better treatment, it’s hard to recommend this to anyone. Customers should feel nurtured, not neglected. ? Let’s water the roots of fairness before the entire plot dries up. ?
Fair Compensation to Restore Balance
We don’t wish to uproot the relationship, but the soil has been shaken, and it needs enrichment to bloom again. A gesture of goodwill is not merely an act of kindness; it’s the sunlight that encourages future growth. Here’s what might bring us back to fertile ground:
? A Partial Refund (10–50%)
A reflection of accountability for the delay—a simple acknowledgment that our time is valuable.
? Discount on the Order (e.g., $10–$20 or % Off)
An olive branch extended with a tangible token of apology.
? Store Credit (e.g., $20–$50)
A promise of brighter harvests ahead, ensuring we stay connected to your garden of offerings.
? A Free Product or Bonus Item
A blossoming gesture that says, “We value your presence in our orchard.”
? Priority Customer Status
Expedite the process for those who’ve patiently endured the storm, and ensure the sunshine always reaches them first.
Why We Deserve It We value what you grow, Preserve Oregon. But even the most loyal caretakers of your field deserve a fair exchange. Compensation is not a demand; it’s the fertilizer for trust—a way to nurture the roots of our relationship and ensure the next harvest is not marred by neglect.
Let’s grow together. ? #FixItNow #CustomerFirst #GrowTrust
Song: "Preserve the Garden"
(A soulful hip-hop vibe with a reflective tone)
[Verse 1]
? I stepped into your garden, it was beauty untamed,
Roses blooming in the chaos, a market reclaimed. ?
But lately, the weeds been creepin’, chokin’ the vines,
Four hours, no word—yo, you wastin’ my time. ⏳
I ain’t askin’ for the stars, just some sun on the soil,
But you left me in the shadow, now my patience recoil. ?
This ain’t the way you nurture roots, no seeds gettin’ sown,
Neglectin’ loyal hands that helped your orchard get grown. ?
Fair’s fair, give a discount or a token to mend,
A little sunlight for the future, so we bloom again. ☀️
We don’t uproot what we love, but the cracks start to show,
Preserve Oregon, let the loyalty grow. ?
[Chorus]
"Water the roots, let the garden thrive,
A little love in the soil keeps us alive. ?
Fix it now, show us we’re worth the care,
Preserve the trust, let the blossoms flare." ?

I looked at my post from 2 years ago and wanted to say that I am still a loyal customer. I mostly love the people, and then the products. I appreciate the value shelf, yet when I want a special treat they also carry some of the best farms available. ?

Came in to buy some rosin. And the sign said 40$. I got to the check out and he gave me a total and I paid. I walked out the door and noticed he over charged me. The worker said, there's nothing I can do. The computer rang up as 48$. Not my problem. So I asked for a refund on the difference and he said that it's not his problem. I asked for the managers name and he responded in a bad way. I kept asking for the managers name and he refused to give it to me. Bad customer service. Bearded ginger guy deserves a 1/10

Still a top notch cannabis emporium with a great selection of quality products and a friendly, very helpful staff. This is the only dispensary in town that I use.
