My husband & I were helped by Kyle. He was extremely helpful, beyond personable, very receptive to our needs, and knowledgeable about the product. Kyle made it clear that he cares about the customer, and went above and beyond to show that.
We are so happy with the service that my husband wants to return to this dealership when the time is right to get a new vehicle for himself. 10/10, highly recommend this location.

My Wife & I Have Been In Dire Need Of A Car. A Friend Pointed Us In This Direction. James S. Was Our Salesman & He Was Really Good. He Is A Car Guy (HIS WORDS). We Liked His Style. But Then Came The Next Day. We Were Not Able To Deal With James. The Deal Almost Tanked. Cody Came Out & Saved The Deal. He Was Very Down To Earth & We Gave A Little More & They Took A Little Less. David The Finance Guru Has A Quick, Sharp Mind Along With A Great Sense Of Humor, Cody Also. Just Don't Accept A Cup Of Water From Him. This Car Shop Is One To Look @ & The Guys Are Legit.

Used to be a Power-Owned lot where I have purchased 3 cars before. I was happy with all three cars and just bought a fourth one yesterday after about 5 happy years of owning my last one.
Stevan helped me buy exactly the car I was looking for and I drove home in a problem free, warrantee covered pre-owned car. The process took a while given it was the weekend and dealing with banks can be a hassle, but Stevan made the long wait enjoyable with interesting dialogues and his charismatic personality.

Went in not knowing what to expect, or at the least expecting bad options due to low credit and a recent repo. David was straightforward and very easy to work with. Went to the dealership needing a ride, and left in around an hour with a GREAT vehicle. Process was quick and painless. Thanks so much to David and everyone else for making it a great day!

Seriously the best place to get a car. I bought a car from them and it had a few issues. They were quick to have me bring my vehicle I'm and in a rental of no charge. When I got my car back there was still an issue and again, they were quick to put me in a rental and fix my car, free of no charge! My car is fixed and doing fantastic!!!! They seriously have the best customer service. I will continue to buy cars through them because of their excellent service!!! I highly recommend them. Ask for David, he is wonderful! If you want honest service please go through them to purchase your new or next car!!!!! The only regret I have, was not going to them sooner!!!

Stevan and everyone at Salem Pre-Owned were an absolute joy to work with. No pushing, they didn’t give me the run around or try to price gouge. Very friendly and forthcoming with information !! I would definitely do business here again.
