In mid-July 2022, we purchased this Toyota venza. The service was very refreshing and hassle free. This vehicle has been a great vehicle. I'm happy about the service and do refer Pj's regularly. Im back here again today looking at a second vehicle to purchase. I will continue to use this dealership whenever I'm looking for a low-priced, reliable vehicle. They are extremely knowledgeable. Thank you ?

We were looking for a used EV, and found the exact car we wanted at Pj's. I called and spoke to Erik on Sunday, May 22nd. We had a great conversation and shared information about the used EV market, including me informing him about the $5,000.00 Charge Ahead rebate being offered from the State of Oregon.I slept on the decision and called Erik back on Monday, May 23rd. We agreed on an out the door price over the phone. I was informed - during that call - that there was one disclosure, which was that the air conditioning was not blowing cold. Erik told me that he would get the car serviced and that the cost of the service might change the cost of the vehicle. I agreed to this arrangement and offered to put a down payment on the vehicle - he didn't want me to do this because he was unsure of the final price.I spoke to PJ's several times between May 25th and May 30th - looking for information about when the car would be ready and working out logistics for the purchase. I did receive accurate information along the way and I was doing my best to be patient, in order to have the eventual opportunity of purchasing this vehicle. On May 30, I spoke with Erik again - the car was ready to go, and we re negotiated the out the door price for an additional $300.00 - which was reasonable. There wasn't time to get the car prior to closing on May 30.I called on the morning of June 1 @ 10:29 and talked to Dave. He raised the out the door price by an additional $500.00 and told me that the dealership had done everything for me. He stated that the price quoted yesterday was irrelevant and that told me that I could come down that day to pick up the car at the new price or that they would sell it to next customer. I stated that I wanted the car.He told me that he was getting upset and that he didn't want to talk to me any longer. He talked over me, was verbally aggressive toward me, and was not willing to hear my point of view about the details of the negotiation to date.I made arrangements to take 1/2 day off work to get down to Salem and purchase this vehicle for the stated price.I called the dealership at 11:30 to let them know we were on the way - and the time of arrival. There was no answer - and no answering machine.I received a call from Dave at 11:59 letting me know that he had sold the car.I am disappointed that PJs did not honor their end of this deal (price / holding this car for me). This was a solid car - at a reasonable price - even with the increases that had been added at the last minute and I was willing to pay the final price.I am angry to have been treated in a rude and disrespectful manner.

I purchased a 2009 Dodge Ram truck outright, paying cash and literally the day I drove off the lot it had transmission issues, they took it back 3 times to fix it and it never was. Eric told me to get in touch if it didn't get fixed so I attempted to again and they never answered the phone, returned my calls or texts. I ended up selling it for less than half of what I paid because it needed a new transmission. I DO NOT recommend them. Very unprofessional after they were the ones to tell me they would take care of it.

Eric wasn't very friendly and didn't really seem like he wanted to sell the car we looked at. They didn't even offer to let us test drive it which I found odd.

I found a very nice Met Grey Ford Explorer2005 Tan interior very clean I found it on the net called them and they had the vehicle ready for me to look at the exterior had some ware in the paint and a small ding in the left rear wheel fender lip but for a 16 yr old truck I'm not picky little things like that are expected I have had it for a month or so no hiccups. The customer service was great no pressure to buy the rig runs flawless clean in and out including the engine compartment I would recommend PJs to anyone looking for a clean and reliable vehicle at a fair price. The also put in a new Battery and through in a set of floormats.Thank you PJs of Salem.

If I could put 0 stars I would! By far the worst experience EVER! Had us waiting since Saturday (5/9) for a response since I understood it’s the weekend and all the COVID thing going around we were more than patient. We were promised by the sales rep that “helped” us since Saturday a price if we were approved and when we finally got approved for a loan the price was not honored.I could go on and on on how my experience with this dealership was by far the worst but I’ll just leave it at I would recommend EVERYONE to NOT go to this dealership unless you want your time wasted.

We drove 2.5 hours to come see this 2002 Ford F-350 lifted on 38s pictures made it look beautiful so my husband called and talked to the owner about it asked him how the body was the owner of PJ’s says it’s in good shape just has about 30 paint chips all around it and the biggest is about the size of a dime that’s ok we can live with that he is asking $15k so it’s gotta be a nice truck right? Well we drove the 2.5 hours to see it as soon as we get there we noticed a big deep scratch and dent in the tailgate then we opened the doors the inside looked amazing till I looked at the bottom inside of the door there was rust all along the bottom of the door driver side was the same way we climbed underneath it and there was rust on the frame that went clear through and was breaking off we continued to look at it the bottom portion of the truck is bed linered we realized that was to cover up all the rust cause pieces of the bed liner was coming off in the back left side by the back door and if you look it’s rusted clear through the cab if you peel back the bed liner on the side steps they are completely covered in rust and someone actually took regular screws and screwed in the fender flares into the bed of the truck who does that?! the actual salesman that came out and talked to us was very friendly we no complaints about him I really hope know one gets stuck financing this truck he’s asking $15k but it’s only worth maybe $5k

Had an excellent car buying experience. Dave made the whole process so simple and effortless in a no-pressure environment. They provided car fax and service information. I am loving my new car! Would definitely recommend PJ's.
