So easy to apply with a roller brush and 4 foot handle, used as a top coat over Ames' rubber base. the only issue I see is a tendency to bubble in small areas, but that is not surprising in our heat and humidity(south Louisiana). the performance is not affected as far as I can tell, we will continue to use Ames products on our flat roof. Thanks for such an effective solution to our roof sealant needs.”
