As a business, you may want to train your technicians to better represent your company, especially in a company vehicle. Tailgating, weaving and cutting off big rigs in heavy traffic on the I-5 during rush hour traffic at 730am on Fridays just to pull into the same parking lot a few minutes early, bad idea. Your clients share the same road and to have this technician risk all our lives just to fix that jammed copier, I would reconsider.

I run a busy medical clinic and had to switch out a printer copier scanner in a Jiffy, my account representative sent over a technician, J Hanson and we couldn't be more please with his work ethic, communication, cleanliness, and even giving our office staff space while he networked and updated all our computers to receive scans from our awesome Lexmark XM5163 purchased from POA. I know a lot of small businesses try to do all this stuff themselves to save money, but spending a little money, has allowed me to focus my efforts on other facets of my business that actually make more money. I could not and would not want to be without their services running a small business. I just hope you recognize your employees from the bottom to the top. I do not give compliments likely. If you ever have to let J go, we would love to hire him. Thank you Jay for doing an awesome job in our clinic. You reflect the highest standards in your line of work. I hope they pay you very well. We recently switched to Pacific Office Automation for our office copy machines. Our account manager, Joytika Prasad, was very thorough researching our requirements, listening to our concerns, and offering suggestions. She recommended Konica brand copiers with features that would meet our needs and we are very happy with them. The installation (moving out old copiers and setting up new ones) went very smoothly and the technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. Also, a big "thank you" to Ken Anderson for his patience with all our technical questions before and after the install. We have received excellent support and we are confident we have equipment and service we can count on.

We have been with Pacific Office for over five years and it has been a great partnership. We did have a couple years where I may have only given them a 4 out of 5 due to mediocre response time and repeat problems with copiers. However, since Joytika became our account manager things really turned around. Pacific Office heard our concerns and added a tech on the coast. Response time for technical issues has been much faster. I can also say that I have never worked with a copier company where the Account Manager has kept in close contact. Generally, I would only hear from them when there was an issue and I contacted them. Pacific Office, and Joytika in particular, have done an outstanding job of contacting us regularly to make sure things are running smoothly. Customer Service is the key, and they deliver.

Been with POA about 5 years now. Needed a very high end (for me) home system for both my Photography business and Notary side business. Need quality color and other features. Did not want a $10K copier / combo. Found a great machine for me, works well, and fits in the space. I have a monthly service agreement that includes supplies and repair. Their repair team is fast, professional and so far, kind and humorous. I did run into one glitch after 5 years, but Dino Andereggen resolved it fast, with kindness and professionalism. Showing customer loyalty is what keeps people coming back, it's why Amazon and Apple have such brand and customer loyalty. I saw it this week with Dino at POA, so from a customer almost lost, they have one that will be ongoing and loyal. Craig S, ConciergePhoto.com
