My entire family has shopped at Olive for years. They have the best denim selection, men's and women's, in Salem and Michelle and her staff are simply the best. Not sure why anyone would shop somewhere else in Salem.

I literally can't walk into Olive and not come out with something I love. There's always something new and the staff is great at directing me to items that I feel are picked just for me! Everything is so nicely displayed, 100% recommend!

I will not return due to one key issue related to a lack of transparency and my disagreement with how they handled a situation. The store won’t return items that are unused and instead will only provide store credit. This policy might be okay if they were transparent about it, but that wasn't my experience. I bought an item and they were unwilling to return it 20 minutes later. The last person to touch the item was the person at the store when she put it into a bag. They didn’t share this policy at the time of purchase and it wasn’t clearly listed anywhere. Even though it wasn’t shared, they were unwilling to make the situation right. I was just disappointed and let down and have chosen not to do business with them . I feel it's important to share this policy with others and hope corrections are made to make this policy more obvious in the future.
