Knowledgeable, old school service. Great selection of hard to find stuff- you've got to dig thru bins for some of the more unusual parts, but there's a good chance they've got something that will work for you.

What an amazing shop! I needed to run some coax cables and Jim helped me pick out all the correct parts and showed me how to put them together. 10/10 I will definitely be coming back whenever I need parts!

I can't rate Norvac and Jim highly enough. I came to him with absolutely no knowledge about a record player I've acquired recently and he took every measure possible to help me, without trying to take advantage of my naivety.
