I received a call from Norco stating my insurance denied my dme and that I would need to pay for the equipment myself. I decided to call my insurance today and they searched through every request they have received for me and nothing... they have no record of approving or denying this request as they never received the request from Norco. They even checked for any requests from Norco specifically.

Working with Norco was fine. Paying them sucks. The online payment system said 0 fee if paying by debit card, or 3% if using a credit card. When I was all finished entering payment info and debit card info, it then stated a 3% fee to cover the cost of the payment app that norco uses. No option to call and pay over the phone.

I was contacted by their automated reorder system to order supplies about a month ago. Pushed the buttons to order. They contacted me about a week later to review my order. Checked my Norco account online last week and the status was “assume sent”. Received a nice note telling me that my order was cancelled because neither they nor their supplier has the CPAP supplies needed. They get the one star because they, at least, gave me the name of another business to contact for my CPAP supplies.

I submitted a prescription for a breast pump coming up on 3 weeks ago. I was told by a nice rep that my pump would be ready by the end of the day Feb. 2nd 2024. I figured it would take at least a few days to get it when I submitted it on Friday. I waited a week and heard NOTHING. I have been trying to get an answer on when I can get said breast pump. I've been told every time I call (which has been once a week at least) that someone will call me back at the end of the day to no avail!!. Each time I have called they've also said they will change the status on the order to priority. I was told that twice in two weeks!! If the status was changed the first time I called to check why would it need to be changed again?! It should have been changed the first time!!! I'm being induced tomorrow and still no breast pump!!! I even called Monday Feb. 12th 2024 and again today Feb.14th to ask what the status is on the pump and was told someone would call me TODAY!!! No one has called and closing is in 30 minutes. I don't know how I'm supposed to get my pump if I'm in the hospital and the office isn't open on the weekends. Your reps haven't been very helpful at all. And your customer service needs work!!! This is ridiculous!!! Seriously if I could give no stars I would. I've never had to deal with anything like this before.

Customer Service Supervisor, Jessica Borrego has been outstanding in helping clear up problems I had with insurance and a new doctor, I always feel I can contact her anytime I have a question or a problem and she is right there to help me.

I have found Norco Medical to be a very poor company to work with in ordering my CPAP supplies. I have tried to order by telephone only to be put on a long hold and then disconnected. I tried using the option to receive a call back and that to was not successful. I completed the Norco email request for contact with a customer service agent and never received a reply via email or a telephone call. I will find another source for my CPAP supplies.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! They don’t even deserve one star!!My daughter has Pneumonia and was ordered a nebulizer machine Monday 11/4/2023 as of today 11/10/2023 this has still not been delivered. We have called multiple times and each time are told … oh we don’t know what the problem is it looks like it’s ready to be processed and it’s marked as urgent … let me check and I will get back to you… Have not received one phone call back. We gave up and purchased a machine from someplace else…Will definitely never recommend this company and will tell everyone I know to never use them!

for the moment, I need to give them an incomplete. I have an issue with some equipment I got from them and reached out for service and after a week I have not heard anything.If they could get around to getting back to me, I might be able to give a better review

Contacted by call center to call Salem office,problem with insurance. Twice I've called, have not spoken to a person yet. All you get is 5 minutes of commercials telling you how great they are. Rubbish. You have lost my business. If I ever have a problem no one will answer the phone to help. This company has no clue about customer service.

Real hard to get through by phone at times. They have more missed my order three times now. So I have to get an emergency delivery when it wasn't the the day they delivered. I am not a person to complain at all. Maybe they need more staffing. I always pay my bill on time. I'm sorry to complain. Tamaura Weir.

If I could rate this less stars I would. There was an urgent request for medical supplies sent for my aunt and she didn't hear from anyone. After a week she called her insurance only to find there was a PA on file for the equipment and when she called Norco again and provided them the PA # they insisted they would do something in regards to her medical equipment. It has now been two weeks since that call and my aunt has continued to call. The order is for a breathing machine, she was told that she needs it so badly that she could die in her sleep and this office is doing everything they can not to assist her. It is an absolute joke and unethical.
