This place has done me wrong more often than not. Changed my monthly rent . Computer generated billing . Management is out of her mind when it comes to making mistakes one after another.

I’m trying to get a unit switched to my name (that I pay for anyway) because my roommate is moving. When I go in, they tell me there is one procedure and I have to make an appointment because of XY and Z. They also tell me it’s easiest to hold the unit online to ensure I have the one I want just in case they can’t just switch the names. That’s a little annoying since we’re already here but sure. I tell them we have to check our calendars to coordinate our work schedules and will call back. When I call in to make the appointment, I verify I have the correct information and understanding of the policy, which they confirm I do. I proceed to hold the unit online for my upcoming appointment.When we get there for the appointment a week later, the staff member at the front tells me not only can they not do what they promised to do, but it’s against policy. This staff person at my appointment also told me the unit I held in case they can’t just switch the name on the unit is no longer available because they already sold it??? What was the point of holding it in the first place then? The cherry on top of that whole ordeal is that the price I was guaranteed online had magically gone up $100+/month when I came in for my appointment. Keep in mind it had only been 3-5 days The only reason I’m not giving a 1 star is that Dee and Amanda have been super helpful and have been trying to help me as much as they can. Everyone else can’t seem to make up their mind on what the policies and procedures are for this place. I’m debating whether it’s even worth it keeping all my stuff in there anymore and just go to a different storage company altogether.Edit: Changing my review to a 1 star because I was told a “hold” for a unit doesn’t actually hold it. It just lets people then you’re interested. So why have a “guaranteed” rate and promise on the website? And why say they’re holding it?

Stopped by earlier in the morning to check this place out to rent a space and it looked like there was problems with the gate but bell was still willing to help me out and showed me a quicker way to do it online be warned they are by appointment only and not always in the office

I was checking out the prices here. The location is clean and looks pretty new. The girl Bell was young but knowledgeable about the process and rates. If I end up renting one I'm coming back to her! Great customer service girl

Ordered and rented a unit online. Went to go and get signed up the next day. They said they wouldn't take an id. So they canceled my reservation. Which I was in a emergency. Come to find out yes they can take a ID and they wasted 3 days of my life! Made it harder on me and my family and held on to my finances for the two days. Totally not recommend this location they obviously are incompetent

I made a trip over to my storage unit at public storage and Dee was wonderful, and helped me out with several things I needed to get done. She was very thorough and she answered all my questions which was a great help. She was wonderful to work with! Thank you Dee!!

Worked with Dee and it was a great experience. We booked online and realized on arrival that the unit wasn't a great fit for our needs. Dee jumped right in and found a unit located in a much better spot for us and somehow figured out how to do it at the same price. We're bowled over with Dee's glowingly positive attitude in quickly solving our problem!
