This is by far the best pet store in Salem! ‘You’ are the most important person when you walk through their doors! They are very knowledgeable about ANY issue you might encounter with your pets plus, they have a wide variety of anything you might need. Definitely come here for your fur babies needs!

Kind service and extremely affordable. Has a variety of natural treats for your dog. I got a hoof, a honey coated paddywack and some bone broth for my Chloe, all under $5.

Beware!! A 25 lb dog is considered an extra large dog for pricing. $80 for a bath only. No brushing or anything else. They don't brush dogs. They should tell customers that they bathe and blow dry dogs but do not brush them. It creates mats so you have to do all the brushing when you get the dog home. And I brush my dogs once a week! Also they say that they did things like trim nails but when you get your dog home you find out that they did none of those things. I have taken dogs there three times in case they just had a bad day and each time they said they brushed, etc. but they didn't and it's obvious they didn't. The last time my dogs came home in worse shape than when I took them in. Very sad.
