Between the card reading issues but no issues with your atm and not returning products that don’t operate somehow on my two different pens for the carts but yours magically fine which I didn’t witness is just wildI will definitely no longer be a returning customer just really gone downhill my last handful of visits and will tell others to go to Mr Nice Guy same deals waaaaay better customer services and they were wildly understanding about the cart dealio and even helped trouble shoot the cart I bought FROM HERE now it works a little lighter helped a stuck bubble I guess ?The attempt to upscale was equally wild while y’all were already giving me the whole “no we’re not gonna do anything about the product you bought from us that doesn’t work call the manufacturer” like bruh this is your business dealing with faulty products I’m the customer/ consumer tf backwards kinda shenanigans

I emailed looking specifically for THC-free CBD carts. The owner responded very quickly and let me know that they carry the carts and exactly what to ask for once I got there - to be taken to CBD Express.Robin helped me and they were amazing! They were patient with my newbie questions and gave me lots of great advice, along with ideas for next time.My son got some standard items from here and he said the quality is great.Overall, we're very happy with the service and product and we'll be returning!

This is hands down one of the best dispensaries in the Salem area. The staff are all well educated, professional, and kind. Shout-out to the owner Loren for putting together such an awesome establishment.

If you're driving down 13th from McGilchrist, they are on the left side, at the corner. It's easy to miss. Upon entering, what looks to be a foyer, there's a desk inside and they check your ID. After your ID is approved, they let you in. Inside the actual shop, there's a wide array of smoking utensils and a display case directly in from of the doorway, where the Indicas, Sativas, and hybrids are. I don't recall the person who helped us, but he had a Van Gogh painting on his shirt. He was super patient with us, as we looked through everything. The only weird thing was the color-coded jars were indicative of top shelf vs bottom shelf, rather than indica vs sativa vs hybrid. So, we were a little confused. We did like that they have a rewards card. We are also very much LGBTQ-friendly and saw they were PROUD. We will be back.
